So disappointed in this location. Stopped in for ice cream. Standing waiting at the ice cream counter. Two employees were assisting other customers- one at the drive thru and the other at the register. A third employee was cleaning tables and seats as we stood there waiting. It wasn’t until I said to my husband I understand the tables need to be cleaned but is she just going to let customers stand here. She must have heard me and came over. I told her I wanted 2 scoops on a cake cone. She asked the other employee which one is a cake cone. He told her they were out of them. I said ok a sugar cone then. Again she asked him which one is a sugar cone. She then scoops the smallest 2 scoops that combined wouldn’t have equaled a single scoop. Pi’s are literally the size of the scoops. Total was almost $17.00 for two double scoop cones and a single scoop cup! Will not be going back. Oh and I guess we were going to eat the single scoop in the cup with our hands because we had to ask for a spoon. That really should be common sense. Very disappointed as we usually stop here once a week.

I gave up on this location a few years ago due to several instances of coming in and ordering and the answer was oh we are out of that or some other excuse why the whole menu was not available. and after the remodel thought things might be better. Well i should have known better went on line at 10 am and ordered a couple of ice cream cakes for my wifes birthday and guess what i get a call at 230 that oh we are sorry we are out of that product and will give you a refund. same old problem with this place. would not recommend to anybody and i am a resident

The manager here is absolutely ridiculous she put the ice cream away 2 hours early and told me she threw it out all because she wanted to close early and was extremely rude using foul language and then told me leave the store because I was asking to many questions definitely will not return because of her she don't deserve that position with her communication skills!!!

Have driven by this baskin-robbins for years. Finally decided to stop in. Awful. Dirty eating area. They had 12 ice cream buckets of which 2 were basically empty and several had obviously melted then refroze. Where’s the 31 flavors? Clerk went in back to get what we ask for as they were empty in the cooler. It was not frozen as you would think coming from back freezer. They had a 2nd display freezer for ice cream that the clerk said has always been broken. Baskin Robbins needs to intervene and pull this franchise’s license.

The caramel, also mocha blast at baskin robins was good. They did forget the whip cream we asked for though.

We went for lunch this time. There was plenty of free parking available. There were also plenty of tables. Lunch is definitely a great time to come. We were offered both a lunch menu and a dinner menu at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. I got a combination Seafood basket, which was recommended by or server Laney. She told me to order it blackened, and she was right. The food was fantastic.

They deserve NO stars!STARS!! Worst Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Doughnuts I've been to in my entire life... They were out of EVERYTHING! They blamed it on the freezers that broke over a month ago which they've had plenty of time to restock... Service was no better, rude and no care in the world of customer service... will never return and will never recommend!
Ever since I was a child, going to Baskin Robbins has always been a special treat. However, that was before I moved to this area & experienced the ice cream “soup” served at this location. In the last 5 years, every time I’ve stopped in here, their freezers aren’t working, and the ice cream is so soft, it can’t even be put on a cone!!! If you order a cone, they serve it in a dish with the cone placed on top!! It’s like eating a milkshake with a spoon!! I cannot believe that BR corporate would allow their product to continue to be served in such a shoddy manner. Although the staff is usually friendly, it’s always a considerable wait & it looks like they are too understaffed to get much cleaning done. We would be regulars if they served actual ice cream rather than ice “soup”. Truly a pathetic excuse for a Baskin Robbins!

This was the absolute worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to, let alone ice cream place.First and most important of all, they didn’t have 31 flavors, only like 15. Many of the containers were also empty. All of the flavors were missing labels except for a couple of them. The ones that were labeled were labeled incorrectly, and you can forget about trying to eyeball the flavors because the glass covering them was full of condensation from all the ice cream being melted. The workers didn’t even know where the flavors were or which flavor was which.Despite there being no other customers when my family and I were there, the employees behind the counter were reluctant to help us. Both of them were extremely rude, unsanitary, and unprofessional, even though one of them was supposed to be the manager.My sundae was smooshed with a lid, where the melted ice cream was seeping out of the sides, dripping everywhere. The lady just said “I couldn’t fit the lid on there”; no apology, no napkins, nothing. Their milkshakes were also 50% milk.After eating their ice cream, I ended up having stomach problems. However, their bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper, so don’t expect to get rid of the ice cream before you leave this place.Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would advise never stepping foot in this unholy establishment. The ice cream selection and quality sucks, the workers were very nasty and unpleasant, and the building needs a health inspection. Stay away.
