We love it here. Ate there twice the past two times we vacationed at Sunset Beach. We love sitting on the back deck, especially in the late evening. Everyone is so nice. You feel like family there and the food is always fresh and delicious. The fresh fish bites are so good and I always get the shrimp po’ boy sandwich. It’s delicious.

Can't say enough wonderful things about the bartender, Wakita. She was an absolute delight after leaving the restaurant next door. Should have spent my money with her! Pleasant and helpful!

The food was excellent! Our server Makayla was fantastic! Great recommendations and very friendly and courteous. Nice views of the water way and Marina. Will definitely comeback on our next visit to the beach.

The she crab soup was one of the best I’ve had. Blackened grouper was outstanding. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bacon on the house salad: very chewy. The bartender (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but his birthday is Jan ) provided excellent service. I will be back soon and look forward to trying more from the menu.

We were a party of 7 out for Happy Hour on a Friday evening. Our server was awesome!! She had a wonderful personality and was so attentive (but not annoyingly so) during our meal. Drinks were timely and food delivered hot and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We sat in the area just in front of the bar and even though a table of 10 was just across from us the noise level was fine and not distracting. Would recommend highly.

The location and atmosphere were spot on for the restaurant. Parking was about 50 yards away, and for some reason, they had a tip bucket at the entrance to the park lot for the restaurant. We gave them a Jeep duck as a tip because we weren't sure what else they were expecting from their customers. You have the option to be seated indoors or outdoors, with additional seating on the roof or in a beer garden. We sat indoors with a decent view of the Intercoastal waterway. They sat us down and brought some hush puppy balls and cinnamon butter. These were a little oily from the deep fryer, however, they were sweet and tasted like little donuts. Still amazing hush puppies! We started off with a stuffed shrimp appetizer, which was great. I tried to cut them in half at first, but the stuffed crab fell off, so I ended up grabbing them by the tail and ate them whole. They were very good.I had the blackened chicken wrap with Caesar dressing and sweet potato fries (no up-charge for sweet potato fries). Both were very good, and I ended up taking some of the fries home because they gave me more than I could eat after munching on the hush puppies and shrimp. My wife ordered the salmon BLT with sweet potato waffle fries. The salmon was a large cut and grilled perfectly for her. She, too, was unable to finish her fries due to eating the hush puppies and a few pieces of stuffed shrimp. This was a great first-time experience, and we will definitely be returning.

Food was excellent-very fresh and perfectly cooked seafood. Server was very nice. Probably not her fault, but a bit slow bringing drinks and requested water, then dinners came out before we had finished appetizers. Definitely will go back.

The food was great. I really loved the fried shrimp. However, the service was sub par. Our waitress Nicole was not very attentive and we waited forever to get refills and ask for condiments after we got our meal. The restaurant wasn’t very busy so I’m not sure what the issue was. Anyways, the food was definitely delicious and I would highly recommend!

We had intended to go to another restaurant but it was closed and ended up at Hurricane Juels during happy hour. We ordered about 5 selections off the Happy Hour food menu. Everything we had was delicious! Best 2nd choice we’ve made in this area!! …and our waitress Waquita was wonderful.

We chose Hurricane Juel's for New Year's Eve dinner. This was our first time dining at Hurricane Juel's but won't be our last. The food and drinks were great. Keep up the good work.

Food was great and so was the service! The salmon BLT is off the charts and a Cobb salad with shrimp delicious. My only complaint is the place could use a good cleaning!
