Everyone was nice, but don’t really know how to handle issues appropriately. Waited 40min after our reservation because a table wasn’t leaving. A good restaurant knows how to handle this and adapt. They did not. And then the food was fine (like nice wedding food) but overpriced for what it was. Won’t got back.

Tried to sit outside but was too windy and cold. Waitress was great about moving us inside. Shared bacon wrapped scallops and lobster ravioli. Delicious!!! Plenty of food for two. Will definitely go back!

What a great meal! We were recommended to go here by a friend, and we were so glad we did. Our service was wonderful, but the food what out of this world. We had the candied bacon, highly recommend, and it was wonderful. My husband had scallops and shrimp with grits and I had sword fish over risotto. Oh did I mention the wonderful croissants. Our meals were impeccable. We will be back!

The hostesses were kind and inviting so that made for a great start of the evening. Our server was knowledgeable and patient as she helped us make selections. We landed on the fried green tomatoes and French onion soup as appetizers. Both were quite tasty. Our mains included the short ribs and shrimp polenta (both yummy) with our wine and Kentucky mule. The mule tasted like vodka instead of bourbon, but we let it slide. For dessert we had the crème brûlée which was a little disappointing. The custard was a little eggy and grainy but we still ate it all. All in all, We plan to return during our next visit.

I have been coming to South Carolina for vacation every 6 months or so for the past 4 years and have made Clark's my go to spot either for my 1st meal off the plane or last before heading back home. Waitstaff is always excellent and food is outstanding. Anyone who I come across that says they are heading down this way I always make it a point to absolutely go to Clark's for lunch or dinner! Thank You guys I'm looking forward to coming back next trip!
