Pulled up to the speaker at 7:45am. Nobody in the drive thru line. Sat there for a few minutes and got nothing but silence. When I pulled around to the window, thinking the speaker might be broken, the girl at the window looked at and spoke to me with absolute disgust. No thanks.

This location always says they are out of donuts, no matter what time of day it is. I’ve gone in the late morning, afternoon and evening. No wonder their name was changed to just dunkin, since they don’t ever have donuts.
This location has gone downhill. They charge $4.09 for a shrunken ham and swiss croissant like we won't notice the huge difference in size. The munchkins, stale, and the strawberry coolatta almost tastes like nothing because they've also reduced the amount of syrup on it. Won't be wasting any more money on Dunkin because the other Little River location does the same.

The music is SO LOUD. I tried coming here to work on school work and could not focus because of the very loud pop music even with headphones on.... Also had 4 people working and it took about 15 minutes for a piece of toast... They were very nice about it and the place was clean but I will likely not be returning for a peaceful environment....

Signature latte hot- served cold with cream
Breakfast wraps - burnt
Bagels- order with CC and it’s got nothing on it
Wait time- over 10 minutes in drive thru every morning
Staff lacks manners with their tone and verbiage
Overall probably the worse DD I have ever been to, but the only one local to me.
Suggestion- hire new field training officers and managers

This store never has any donuts. The coffee is hit or miss. The employees are always fooling around. Don’t order any of the food that requires to be warmed, because it will be cold.

I was wanting some good hot chocolate and a croissant. The hot chocolate was 2,000 degrees with 99% water, 1% powder. Purchased an almond croissant and it was burned. Not one napkin in the bag. I would not recommend this Dunkin even though I'm a Dunkin fan. Go elsewhere.

This store should be renamed Dunkin We're Out of Donuts. The first 3 donuts I requested they didn't have. I also requested a drink with no ice, but they couldn't do that either. Also the hash browns are always soggy and taste freezer burnt.

The coffee is so good! But whoever is working the drive thru is super annoyed and unfriendly evrytime.
Last year this Dunkin’ Donuts donated two dozen donuts for our veterans ceremony here in our neighbourhood off of Hwy 57. When I went back this year to ask for their donation of donuts again, the owner said that she could offer us their employee discount, but that they couldn’t just give us two dozen donuts. I don’t have to say I was shocked! When so many restaurants in our area are offering free meals to our veterans, this Dunkin’ Donuts couldn’t afford to donate two dozen donuts!
I will personally never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts again for anything.
My husband and I went down to the Krispy Kreme. That owner (without batting an eye)asked how many dozen we needed. I told her 2 if possible…and she wrote down on her paper 2 to 3 dozen, and let us know that they would be ready when we arrived Monday morning. When my husband went this morning to pick up the donuts, she had three dozen (hot to go) donuts waiting for us. They will definitely have our Business and Support for as long as we live here in Little River.
We let our neighbors know during the refreshments portion of our Veterans Appreciation Ceremony this morning, what had happened at this Dunkin. Word is now spreading throughout our neighbourhood, and many, including our veterans, will be taking their business to Krispy Kreme from now on.

Ordered on mobile app. Gave plenty of time. Got order all wrong. Ordered plain bagel bites and everything bagel bites and iced latte. I got everything bagel bites and medium hot coffee. I then had to park and come inside, ask them to help me, and get my drink made. I wouldn’t say the people were rude, but bothered.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Was only convenient because I work right behind it. Most of the staff is rude, orders always messed up. Also, clearly don't know the difference between hot and cold coffee. Ridiculous. Definitely won't waste my money here anymore.

The drinks are great and all the staff is amazing except this one short white dude with greasy long black hair pulled back. I went through the driver thru for my ice coffee with the new purple ube marshmallow with milk instead of cream. He gets really cocky and said, " Why don't you just get the macchiato?" If I wanted the macchiato I would have asked for it. And he is super rude to his staff in front of customers; I can't imagine how bad he is without customers.
