Young lady and old lady working on Tuesday night on December 3 were very rude. I waited in line for 15 min and they kept walking by me. My friend wanted to get something else so we waited in line. While waiting, another customer came up they finally came to the register and said, haven’t you already ordered once let the person behind you go even though we had been waiting for them forever. After the other person ordered, we got back in line and waited another 15 minutes. she then got my order wrong by giving me a hard bagel that was not warmed with no cream cheese or cut When I tried to ask about it, she was very rude about it. I had to get back in line to get another one and I had to buy it even though she got it wrong in the first place. They proceeded to talk crap about us very loudly to the point we could hear them. THIS PLACE SUCKS

I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with oat milk instead of green tea. They gave me a cup full of oat milk with ice. I threw it away almost immediately. Everyone was nice, just very disappointed because I didn’t have time to get a new one because I was on my way to work.

Everytime I come to this dunkin the food is horrible. Yes the staff is friendly but the drive thru line is so slow. Today I got an egg and cheese wake up wrap which was burnt to the point it was inedible and just slapped together. This is not the first time this has happened either. Idk how anyone could morally serve another human being food that looks like this especially food that they paid money for.

They changed staff and the place is now a wreck. The food is NEVER right, they give you "frozen" drinks that are just chopped ice and syrup, and if they give you an actual frozen drink they forget the syrup, so you end up with just ice (yes, this actually happened last week), you order a 10 count munchkins, you get 8 if you're lucky. This location used to be great and now I won't even dare go because I've been wasting my money every single time!

Large space to visit with friends or just use their wi-fi. Has Baskin-Robbins too. Coffee is better than Starbucks and cheaper. The app has specials every month and free food rewards. Very clean, nice employees and Chelsea is a great manager!

We came down to vacation for a week from NY, i was super nervous being out of NY and getting a good coffee and this location superceded my expectations. Coffee was consistent everyday we went , they had maple donuts (none of the 20 locations within 30 minutes from where i live carry maple frosted) thay were always soft and fresh. Also had very friendly and attentive staff. I wanna take this whole location and bring it back home with me lol.

I entered the store. There were two visible workers one was making a drink for a customer that took a long time and didn't make enough so had to make more. The other worker was putting doughnuts on a tray and did not assist customers. I waited for a while then left without being able to order.
