The two black ladies that worked 12/31/2025 around 1pm are literally the best food was amazing . Hot and fresh the coffee was spectacular. The service was outta this world . These ladies deserve a pay raise specially the ladies in the drive thru . I was having a shitty morning but because of them ima start the new year on a good note

AWFUL! I love this Dunkin, I love the employees everything is amazing but their drive thru is crazy, you can’t hear shit and they can’t hear you either so the orders get all messed up. I need to call the corporote because this is now a disrespect for the employees and the customers. Unbelievable, poor employees for having a bad management like this. No words.

I have always had a great experience at this Dunkin. I’ve embarrassingly ordered here at least 100 times over the last 3ish years, and I’ve never had a single incorrect order. The food is always VERY hot, and my drinks always taste amazing. I ADORE the staff inside, who always make sure customers are cared for. Even when I am a DoorDash driver, I am greeted with the same level of respect as a customer.

This is the best Dunkin around! I purposely drive past the one in NMB so I can actually get my food fresh and hot! The wonderful people inside make it even more worth it!

Came here just to grab some milkshakes. There were two young people running the front and the drive thru by themselves, yet they still greeted everyone with friendly service. The young man was very helpful, as we were indecisive of what flavors we wanted. Very patient and kind.

We will be back!

Placed a mobile order for the Halloween bucket of donut holes and 2 bottle Pepsi’s. I live 15 minutes from this store and I wanted to make sure my order was ready when I arrived so I said I wanted them to go ahead and start my order in the app. I arrive, have to sit at the intercom for longer than acceptable, then when I get to the window I’m told they don’t have a mobile order for me and I have the wrong store. I had to show the employee my app proving I placed the order 28 minutes earlier. They then start my order. I leave and notice that there is ZERO variety in the bucket. I received about 40 chocolate donut holes , 5 original and 5 powdered. Unacceptable and didn’t even get an apology for not having my order ready or even having my order period!! To top it all off they gave me a Halloween bucket with no handle!! I will go to the other Dunkin on highway 9 from now on.

This is the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts to Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
Typical DD, though the selection of donuts seems to be fewer than most other DD’s. I am not sure why that is….
This DD has a larger interior seating area than most other DD‘s around. Service time is about average and the staff is usually polite and friendly.
The only other comment is; due to the location and the amount of traffic this DD gets, accessing the parking lot is always an interesting challenge.

This place has roaches. I understand it can be hard to keep bugs out but I constantly see different bugs. This morning I went to eat there and saw three different roaches in the lobby. Last week I saw one of the boys yelling about one behind the counter. Today I let the workers know it was bad advertising and they should really fix this issue.

Amanda that works on high way 9 is by far one of the best employees that I have met that works at this location I’m finally happy to see her back in the window she is always soo friendly and welcoming I look forward to going every morning and seeing her and seeing her happy smiling self she always makes sure the order is correct and the coffee is made correctly if there is a issue she will personally take care of it to make it right

Came for a coffee while I was waiting for a store to open nearby. The crew was hustling because it was busy. They still made an effort to be friendly. I splurged on some donut holes and they were fresh. Worth a stop today. Needed a good coffee. I’ve been making do at my friend’s beach house with terrible cups from a watery Keurig. I bought an extra cup for tomorrow morning out of sheer need. 🤣

Give me a cup of Dunkin’ daily, please.
