Amanda that works on high way 9 is by far one of the best employees that I have met that works at this location I’m finally happy to see her back in the window she is always soo friendly and welcoming I look forward to going every morning and seeing her and seeing her happy smiling self she always makes sure the order is correct and the coffee is made correctly if there is a issue she will personally take care of it to make it right

Came for a coffee while I was waiting for a store to open nearby. The crew was hustling because it was busy. They still made an effort to be friendly. I splurged on some donut holes and they were fresh. Worth a stop today. Needed a good coffee. I’ve been making do at my friend’s beach house with terrible cups from a watery Keurig. I bought an extra cup for tomorrow morning out of sheer need. 🤣
Give me a cup of Dunkin’ daily, please.

This is a Saturday morning and they are under staffed. I understand that. The store manager here has left them to suffer. However the lady running drive threw is yelling at staff, the lady doing coffees is trying her best but as she pointed out she's at least 20 drinks behind. The guy making food is on point and has been nice to each person. I have rarely gotten good service here. It makes me sad as this is the dunkins nearest me.

Slow. 4 people working, 1 actually working 3 standing around doing nothing. Waited 20 mins for a black coffee. 😬
If you are on a schedule Do Not go through the drive thru, even if you have mobile order. We sat in line for 30 minutes just to get the window and another minutes to get our order. Extremely slow here! Order was not right, food overcooked(slightly burnt).I would recommend going to the Dunkin on Highway 9 East. The staff needs to be re trained on the efficiency of a drive thru!! Will never come back to this location.

Literally everytime I come here it takes FOREVER especially the drive thru almost always 20 minutes of waiting which I dont understand and its mainly all the same people in there so not sure if they are just slow or lazy maybe even both. I've noticed its not very organized like they all are working on different stations at once where if they had set stations I think they would be much better off.

Went here to order my favorite Raspberry Watermelon refresher. Not a shadow of a doubt. They went to the grocery store, got some raspberry cranberry drink and mixed it in. Taste like absolute garbage. I didn’t take it back because of my PTSD . No reason for me to act out. Only going to the Dunkin on the outer side of 90 by the Nissan dealership
