Chris the GM refused to correct our sandwiches and further told us he didn’t have to serve us and ended that we couldn’t even buy a sandwich the correct way. I have never been treated as rudely by anyone in a place of business. Get you a new “GM” as he calls himself or your business will suffer. Will EVER return!

I’ve been here three times and all three times my order has been wrong. One of those times they even forgot the meat! The order listed the No Ingredients… you guys added every ingredient?! No effort in quality of food and terrible customer service as the solution. Owner step in!

2nd time I went in last 6 months. Both times they screwed up the order which was simple. Once corrected i got three very poorly made sandwiches w the most minimal amount of meat. Ill never go back

I ordered online and I really wish I’d looked at the reviews on Yelp first. I have an allergy to raw tomato and cucumbers so I asked those to be excluded from my sub. I live about 15 mins away and didn’t open the sub til I got home only to find everything I’d selected to be excluded was put on and none of the things I’d asked to get added were. I called and they apologized and offered to remake the sub but that would have been an additional 30 minutes of driving- so I asked for a refund. That still left me with the time I’d spent driving and no dinner so I think they should have offered something additional. I won’t be returning here and I’d recommend you choose a different location if you want JJs.
Dietary restrictions: They did not pay attention to my food allergies.

I ordered a tuna sandwich, I asked him if the tuna was fresh,, he said yes. Then I watched him remove a gal tub from the refrigerator it was not fresh and it had way to many onions in it ,, i was not pleased .
Getting too expensive.

I ordered online at exactly 7:45pm for delivery. 2 wraps, 2 sides. It is now 9:08pm, your store is closed, and I have no delivery nor food. I began calling the store at 8:51pm to confirm delivery was still going to be made. No answer. I called 6 more times between 8:51 and 8:58pm. No answer. Rings, and rings, and rings.

Always consistent. Try adding Jimmy peppers and dried pepper crisps at the same time.

It was the first time ordering Jimmy John's sandwiches, and I think this location ruined it for us. First of all, you don't have a chance to tell what you want or do not want on your sandwich like Jersey Mike's does. I get sick when I eat mayo, and I ordered a #9 because mayo was not listed in the ingredients. What do I get? A skimpy sandwich loaded with mayo, and very little lettuce. The bread was kind of hard, as well. perhaps they toast the outside? To add insult to injury, an employee walks into the restaurant to start her shift without shoes on, just socks. She walked in with shoes in her hand, and looking like she had just got out of bed. She walked into the kitchen while still holding her shoes in her hands. Who does that?

The food was great. Service was horrible. Never been to a Jimmy John’s so when we saw # we assumed it was combo. My stepfather wanted a drink and chips since he thought it was coming with it. Ordered a drink and he paid for that thinking he was paying for combo. When he grabbed the chips she charged him for that too. The very least could have been she would ask if it was combo. Oh well. My bad for not asking but I definitely believe she could have been considerate and asked since we were dining in. Too bad. Deli across the street looks more inviting. The food was excellent
Could put more meat on the sandwichs
