It was the first time ordering Jimmy John's sandwiches, and I think this location ruined it for us. First of all, you don't have a chance to tell what you want or do not want on your sandwich like Jersey Mike's does. I get sick when I eat mayo, and I ordered a #9 because mayo was not listed in the ingredients. What do I get? A skimpy sandwich loaded with mayo, and very little lettuce. The food was great. Service was horrible. Never been to a Jimmy John’s so when we saw # we assumed it was combo. My stepfather wanted a drink and chips since he thought it was coming with it. Ordered a drink and he paid for that thinking he was paying for combo. When he grabbed the chips she charged him for that too. The very least could have been she would ask if it was combo. Oh well. Sandwich's were pretty good. Would recommend watching them make it as both of our Sandwiches had wayyyy to much mayonnaise on them. After scraping most of the mayonnaise away they were pretty good. Staff was nice and seemed rather clean
