My wife and I are always out and about and looking for new places to try for breakfast. On our way to Toasted up the road but since they didn't open until 9am decided to stop in at Matthew's instead. So glad we did. Such an extensive and creative breakfast menu it was hard to decide but I went with the peach cobbler pancake platter...no need for syrup on these delicious pancakes, close to the best flavor I have ever had. Both of us enjoyed our meals, very reasonably priced and served by our always smiling and friendly server Megan. We will definitely be back...!

Received meal as ordered. Special biscuits with gravy was plenty at the right price. However, bacon and eggs were pricy. Add on prices were surprising. Almost $10 for two eggs and grits. Sub potatoes were not appealing.
Service was good.

No wait upon arrival. Friendly environment, seating is arranged well. Clean area and floor. Was served very quickly with our coffee and order. Food was okay for the most part. I had the biscuits and gravy with home fries and eggs, my wife had chicken and waffles. Her chicken was a little overcooked but the waffle was good. My food was done well, the gravy was very thick, eggs were done just right. Coffee was watered down a bit. Did not have an option for Splenda at our table but did see other tables had packets. Overall experience was good. I did not get to see restrooms.

Absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted... except the tab. Two people, two egg platter with bacon (which is $2.50) was all but $40 after tip. Not sure I got any value for my dollar but it sure was good.

My husband and I ate here for the first time and we were extremely pleased. I had the Tuscan Scramble topped with their homemade guacamole. It was awesome and I have never tasted guacamole that good. The service is exceptional. You will not be sorry you stopped here.

New owner? New cook? Breakfast was almost inedible. I always liked this place, but I won't be going back. Potatoes were undercooked, eggs didn't taste like eggs (not sure what they tasted like... hard to describe) and the coffee reminded me of the coffee I used to get in the Air Force mess hall from time to time. Bland and cheap. Shout out to the service though.... always friendly and professional.

Somehow coffee, pancakes, eggs and french toast ended up being $60. Very overpriced, if I'm going to spend that in breakfast I would have gone to Blueberry Grill which is an upscale brunch spot or spend less and go to a buffet.
Service was good, food was just okay... but far overpriced. We won't be back

Couldn’t get waitress to wait on us properly. Asked another waitress if we could have silverware since we couldn’t get our waitress and she acted like it was a big deal. First and last time going here.
