They never get my order right and it's incredibly difficult to get a manager on the phone.

I don't know much of what to say it's a McDonald's that good is ight the place is usually a lil dirty and the service is 50/50 they're usually pretty quick even when busy (besides when people are ordering the whole menu) and they made the wrong thing in accident for me and gave me a new one for free so that was nice but yeah it's McDonald's you know what you expect walking in

Not only do they usually get your order wrong if it's more on the complicated side, they also have a bad attitude about it. One time, I asked for a Number 2 w/ cheese.. large.. with a bottled water. Receipt showed a Quarter Pounder w/ cheese and a bottled water. Asked where was my meal, I wanted the large fries too. Young boy was nervous. Talked to young girl.. She acted like it was an inconvenience. Then they spoke to a manager and I didn't get my fries until poor young boy went and probably risked his job to get them. NMB is def better at accuracy and service.

I understand a restaurant being busy that’s what happens but you order your food 25 minutes in advance you go through the drive-through. They can’t find your order then you have to go into the store to get help. You ask the employee to check on your order he comes back and acts like he has no clue what’s going on. you ask another employee who’s running the front register who is extremely rude She checks on it. She says they’re still working on it two items and you’re still working on it. Then I ask her again to check on it and ask her what’s taking so long so you’ll need to talk to the manager. You talk to the manager, the baldhead guy and he acts like he doesn’t give a crap.

Against my better judgement, went back to this location in the past couple weeks and have yet to be turned off. Fries aren't the hottest of hot, but better than in the past and doing the trick. Other items are reasonable as well in comparison. Hopefully this is the new normal and this location will continue the quality and consistency.

Once in a great while I get a craving for McDonald's. Otherwise, I eat a healthy diet. No cars at the drive thru and a handful of people inside should have told me something. Ordered a double QPr, fries and a drink. Eleven bucks and change and got it to go. I didn't have to wait too long. Order comes out, I put a few napkins in the bag and grabbed a couple fries. Cold and soggy. Already disappointed. Five minute walk home in mid 70 degree weather. Burger should be at least warm. Took a bite and threw the rest in the trash. Not even warm enough to give the illusion it was fully cooked. Never again will I eat McDonald's, anywhere.
