Food was horrible. The burger ? was tasteless and dry. Fries were soggy and cold even though I ordered no salt to get fresh fries ?. Don't waste your money ? save it. Cook your food at home to get that delicious burger ? and fries ?. I have tried them 3 times at different hours and get the same disappointment.

I was at the drive-through. I placed my order. Once I got to the window to pay and pick up my food. My order was not completed after she charged me and repeated my order. She said that I didn’t order what I know I did order and I had to go right back around on the line. The manager was very rude I’m professional. The food was cold, ugly attitude, and I don’t think I will be coming back to this McDonald’s but I will make sure that that manager will get what she deserves.

Little River, SC store is clean, easy on and off road access and have friendly staff here too. McDonalds food here is prepared accurately and hot ! "Order Up" !Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like McDonalds ????

Went through drive through and paid likw normal . Pulled up to the second window he tried to hand me a milkshake I didn't order. In attempting to be honest I let him know that wasn't mine and repeated my order to him he gave me my drinks then closed the window. Stayed away for a couple minutes then came back confused looking and asked was I missing anything. I showed him the receipt showing I was missing all of my food which he snatched out of my hand in almost disbelief. He handed me the bag after sitting at the window and didn't return my receipt I'm assuming to save themselves from the feedback. I do not feel he was intentionally trying to be rude or keep my food from me but i also don't understand how there is that much confusion between 5 feet of space with the windows.

We stopped here to get two Icees for our grandchildren and on our receipt they charged us for a Ronald McDonald donation without our permission. Check your receipt.

Terrible mcdonalds. Service was not real good. At curbside they didn't bring straws for our drinks and my egg Mc Muffin was burnt severely on a third or more of the bottom.One of the worst mcdonalds experiences I've had in a long time.
One of our sandwiches was requested to have extra pickles, there were no pickles just a huge handful of lettuce, no other condiments and the chicken was hard and old. The cheeseburger in the kids meal was hard. Everything else was perfect.

Got hot fudge sundae at drive thru. Worker handed out window with lid not on tight with fudge leaking all out. Dripped on car seats, clothes, center console, phone. Took back in store. Workers sitting at table talking. They asked what was wrong. Then went and got me new sundae as I threw it away and went and washed my hands. Will never ever go back there. 3rd time they have screwed up my orders. 6th
