This is a very nice Starbucks with comfortable seating. The staff is so polite and welcoming. My drink was made perfectly.

Starbucks is trying to bring people back to sit at a cafe, however, it's hard to stay and work in this location because it is so airconditioned, that it feels like a freezer. Impossible to stay more than 5 minutes.

This is such a nice space with great potential, lots of seating to work from, and many outlets. The issue is that it’s always FREEZING inside to the point where every time I go to work there I have to wear layers and end up leaving because I’m still so cold. Begging yall to turn the AC down just a lil so we have a nice comfy place to WFH <3 the people who work here are fantastic though kudos to them.

Very slow Starbucks. 3 cars in front of me and we all sat there for 15 mins in the drive thru just to get a $7 cup of milk! I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it was 90% milk. But couldn’t wait to get it fixed because I already waited 15 mins in the drive thru to get this one drink. Inside was completely empty so not sure why it took so long. The guy working the window was really nice but whoever is making the coffee needs to be retrained asap! Ordered my coffee at 1:45 didn’t leave the parking lot til 2:06 you can tell by my pic that my mocha is all milk!!!

The bacon sausage egg wrap that I got this morning was cold on the inside this morning, not a little bit all the way thru! It was hot on the outside, real hot, but the inside was cold ! Yuk ! Service is excellent but either the oven isn't working or they didn't take the time to cook it

Three employees couldn't manage to take a minute from them screwing around to take an order. I had to wait 30 minutes just to order coffee.... I was the only person in line. They saw me but just refused to take an order...

The Starbucks in 17 is always so crowded, decided to try this one. Although the service was quick and friendly, the drinks we got were horrible. Both of them were mostly milk, which, if you're getting coffee....you want to taste coffee. I even ordered an extra shot of espresso (for a total of 5 shots!) and all I could taste was milk. Definitely not the drinks we anticipated and will resume going to the other Starbucks in the area

This place seems to have problems getting mobile orders correct. This is the 2nd time I had to go back to the store to correct my order. The order clearly stated no egg on my sausage sandwich. I get home and there is an egg on my sandwich. This was partly my fault because I should have checked it before leaving. I corrected my drink order before leaving because that was not accurate but just grabbed my sandwich and left. I drove back to the store and told the lady my order was not right she said with a very frustrated face- I’ll remake it. Ok. I’m patient and not upset because I know they’re busy and I waited patiently with no attitude. She remade my sandwich. I received NO apology!! Not even a “I’m sorry let me remake that for you”. I asked if there anything they can give me for my inconvenience for driving back to the store- she asked if the order was a DoorDash - I said no mobile order. She said well I re- made your sandwich and that is all I can do. I smiled and said OK and walked out. I love Starbucks's but service is getting worse! Again I should have checked my order so I guess it’s all my fault. This location is terrible so I will have to drive a little further for my Starbucks?
