First time at this Starbucks. Waited at front counter for several minutes. The barista was texting on her phone until I asked if I could order—she hadn’t seen me. I ordered a venti Americano and biscotti. My coffee I got was barely black—very weak. I went to the barista and asked how many espressos’ she used. She told me two. I said it should be four. She said not at Starbucks. I was shocked. The manager was just going out the door and overheard the conversation. He told her it’s four for a venti. The barista remade my order. She obviously was very annoyed. No apology given, just a glare. Don’t think I’ll come back to this Starbucks again.

I absolutely love this location. All of the staff is commendable but I really love Dev's attention and consistency with her positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. We used to live closer and come every day. Now we make specific trips, passing other Starbucks just to come to this one. Also, their Matchas are far superior than every other location. I always get it with the oatmilk and vanilla cold foam and it gives me LIFE.

Dev is the absolute best !!!!! I would drive to this one and pass the one in North Myrtle cause it’s that much better, customer service and the care they take to make the drinks is by far superior and not by just a little bit.

Paying $7-$8 for 20oz of coffee and only getting about 14oz is crazy and it’s happened too often. Also it seems like they have no regard for customizations with online orders. They get pretty upset when you ask for no foam I didn’t think it was THAT difficult. Some of the staff here do great though and it sucks when they aren’t there.

Just wanted a black coffee. They do that well too! Service great! I went through the drive thru and it was very speedy and efficient. Price not bad considering you get a freshly ground coffee and fun Christmas cup with a protective sleeve and a pick in the hole to protect from sloshing in your car.

Went to Little River SC Starbuck and denied a small cup of water. Told I had to buy something for them to honor this common sense request.....a simple small cup of water. Really? Walked out in disbelief at what I experienced. How heartless to deny water to anyone. Walked across the street to McDonalds where it was no problem at all. Tell you this, if I worked there I would rather get fired than deny some poor thirsty person a cup of water.

I’d like to also add that the older lady that works in here, chewed me out for grabbing my DoorDash order that was ready. Your employees are rude and nasty.

This Starbucks used to be excellent, but they have begun copying the NMB Starbucks. All mobile orders are thrown to the back, while the drive thru gets priority. A mobile order may wait 30-45 minutes for a drink when it’s dead inside, but the drive thru will get their drinks within 5 minutes max. I will never spend my own money here, and I only accept DoorDash offers here if I absolutely have to. They waste our time and money and have very poor expo and teamwork here. It needs fixing.

Had to stop here every day during our vacation to get morning coffee. One of the best Starbucks locations that I've ever been to. The staff was great and the coffee was incredible. Definitely would recommend this Starbucks location to anyone passing by or in the area.
