First time at this Starbucks. Waited at front counter for several minutes. The barista was texting on her phone until I asked if I could order—she hadn’t seen me. I ordered a venti Americano and biscotti. My coffee I got was barely black—very weak. I went to the barista and asked how many espressos’ she used. She told me two. I said it should be four. I absolutely love this location. All of the staff is commendable but I really love Dev's attention and consistency with her positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. We used to live closer and come every day. Now we make specific trips, passing other Starbucks just to come to this one. Also, their Matchas are far superior than every other location. I always get it with the oatmilk and vanilla cold foam and it gives me LIFE.
I had a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff were friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and clean. Johnathan did a great job making the coffee I requested. I will definitely go back to this Starbucks.
