Placed an order online. Pickup time stated 10:35. Arrived and was told they are short staffed. Order hadn’t been started. An older gentleman with a veteran hat came in. A staff member proceeds to tell him he has to place an order online. The older gentleman has a flip phone. Could barely make it through the door on the cane. I offered to help him place the order but he said he will take his business else where. I told the staff member she should have some decency. She proceeds to tell me “well we are slammed.” I responded that I could have cleaned a table just so he could have a place to sit and eat. The most rude disrespectful person I’ve ever met in the restaurant business. Other tables stated she was rude as well. Will never get my business again and I’m a regular customer.

I moved from Atlanta where sunday breakfast was always waffle house. This waffle house is a huge disappointment. We always have ask for the rest of our meal, bacon is never delivered, waffle never delivered, tomatoes are always longe in the tooth. I'll look for a different waffle house. Corporate would be highly disappointed in this branch.

We came in around 2 am. Our waitress was lovely. She was kind and made conversation with us. It was a friendly atmosphere. The cook came out to check on us and make sure the food was good, and the food was delicious and exactly what we ordered. By far my best experience at a Waffle House.

We love Waffle House and always make it a point to visit one, as there are no Waffle House Restaurants near where we live. This location did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the waitstaff was excellent. We'll definitely be back.
