Bistro 90 is a wonderful restaurant to enjoy a great steak and a nice bottle of wine. Great steaks, great wine list, what's not to love.

The restaurant was empty and our service was very slow. Food was average. The shrimp cocktail was smaller ten usual. The steaks were average. Filets ok but ribeye very fatty. Chocolate lava cake was excellent. Prices high for average food. We have been here many times but this time quality of service and food was not as good.

2nd time here, and it was just as fantastic as the first time. Get the scallop pork belly appetizer! Drinks are fantastic too.

We asked for filthy dirty Hendrix martinis, only had enough Hendrix for one and they were not filthy. The New Brunswick Oyster were good but not all were released from the shell. The Carpaccio was excellent! We had the duck breast for our entree which was a little tough but the flavor was good and the skin was crispy. We had the cheesecake for dessert with espresso and Disaronna which was excellent. Slightly disappointed in this meal overall. Fourth time here and we will be back.

Celebrated a birthday dinner here - as always, the food is delicious and the service superb! If they have the Deckle steak cut as a special - GET IT! So tender and always cooked to perfection. And the cocktails....always on point! We always look forward to coming back.

We shared a Tomahawk steak for our special anniversary dinner that was wonderful. Perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth! It was worth the money.

My favorite dish was the SeaBass which always was presented with wonderful accompaniments Last night I got the fish on a small plate all my itself. Then I paid additional $8 for a baked potato. The SeaBass was tasty but cost more and u got less food. Probably won't be back since pricing keeps getting higher for less food. House wine was $15 for 6 ounces .

First time visitor/family birthday celebration. Our waiter Luciano (?) made the evening. He is professional, knowledgeable, and great with people. The most popular entree was the filet mignon. Nice choice of side dishes and salads to compliment the meal along with an extensive wine & spirits menu. Portions are decent without being too large. The restaurant could use some updating to make it even more of a special occasion restaurant.

The food and service from Jonathan was top notch. We had escargot over bone marrow as appetizers and also a wedge salad. My husband and I had the Tomahawk for two cooked a perfect medium rare. It was also seasoned perfectly. It definitely did not need salt or a sauce. For our sides, we had Parmesan risotto and the cream spinach. My Aunt had the Australian rack of lamb. Her side were grits. She also thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server made it even more enjoyable with his knowledge and fantastic personality. It had been a while since we had gone there but will be returning soon.

This was my first visit to Bistro 90, but it won't be my last. I celebrated with my family and a party of 6 for a birthday gathering. Food was excellent and so was the service. Our group had extra requests for meals, and they were so accommodating. Only suggestion would be to add a special dessert for the birthday person.

Filets were the correct temp (MR) but still somehow dry and meh ... everything else was fine.

First, the service was excellent. Our server was very professional and extremely attentive.

It was our 44th wedding anniversary and after two weeks contemplating several great restaurants we chose Bistro 90.

We order cocktails and the oyster rockefeller.
They were excellent and really the best I’ve had in this area. Oyster Rock is a real close second.

The server brought out bread and butter.
We enjoyed a few quiet moments and picture's throughout the restaurant.

We ordered the 8 oz Filet and 8 oz lobster. This is where things changed.

The filets were cooked perfectly. The lobster was an extreme disappointment! They were split in half overcooked! The worse part was getting the meat out of the shell. Since it was overcooked it was next to impossible to get it out without making a total mess.
I finally got the lobster meat out but it was shredded.
My wife’s was overcooked more than mine and we could only get some of it out of the shell. She finally to go to the restroom and wash the butter off her hands. This is while her steak was cold.

The table near us had the same issue they were ripping the meat out with their fingers.

This is not finger food. SAD!

Extremely disappointed! $105.00 per person meal should be much better.

We spent almost $400.00!

Never again!

Very disappointed in response to dining cancellation. This restaurant was highly recommended and excited to experience on our 54th wedding anniversary. Had unexpected surgery day before reservation and did not anticipate discomfort based on doctors feedback. But, upon day of reservation knew I would not enjoy my dining experience. Upon calling and canceling, we were informed that we would be charged $50. cancellation fee. No one informed us of this fee and the fact we were courteous enough to call and cancel was sort of a slap in the face. We will fight this unauthorized charge and doubt we will dine here in future.
