i get the exact same thing there weekly but recently i have been buying my coffee and unable to drink it because it tastes SOO bad which i really dont understand because i order the exact same thing every single time and it tastes so differently. i guess it really depends on who makes it so this is to whomever made my coffee from there at 10:25am on 2/6… youre really bad at it and it makes me really sad because i am wasting my money on coffee thats undrinkable.

Met a friend here for breakfast. The staff was super nice, we were served quickly, and the food and coffee was great. A very pleasant surprise for a “fast food” chain! By far the best Dunkin experience I’ve ever had!

I regularly come in to pick up my mobile order and the staff is super nice! I always get a Carmel creme frozen coffee, some donuts and breakfast! It always comes out fresh and delicious. Sometimes they do run out of donuts earlier in the afternoon but they make sure to accommodate the best way they can. They are very quick with getting the orders out as well. Yesterday, I came in to get my usual and wasn’t having the best day and the ladies were so kind and said they made my coffee with a little extra love 🥹❤️ definitely my new go to stop for breakfast/coffee!

Everyone was super nice.They had a great variety of donuts and other pastries. I ordered an Iced Toasted whíte chocolate (mocha) latte with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar dusting on top , and it was a spiritual moment for sure!! The restaurant was clean and had a cute outside area for sitting and enjoying your drinks & snacks. Employees were so helpful and kind. I definitely recommend it!

I was so excited for this one to open so close to home. Every time I go here it’s the wrong drink, the wrong food, there’s maybe 2 people who are actually kind. Everyone else just has an attitude. I keep going back because I want to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s ridiculous.. so disappointing

Me and my husband went to try out the new Dunkin’ Donuts very excited about it. We got there around 6 PM. There was hardly any donuts at all to choose from didn’t have a big variety. The young lady at the register told us that they do not have any more donuts and we should’ve gotten there earlier in the day so you’re telling me that people get off work at 5 o’clock and they go to Duncan and they want a nice donut. They can’t get one because it’s too late. Do you not make fresh donuts all day long guess I’ll be going back to Krispy Kreme i will not go back to this establishment and was not offered any fresh donuts they just made it clear that we came in too late during the day to get a fresh doughnut. I don’t think they’ll be there very long with that kind of attitude in that kind of environment.

Me and my wife we’re excited about going to try out the new Dunkin’ Donuts right up from our house. It was 5:53 PM as we walked into the establishment establishment. We noticed there was hardly any donuts at all and maybe a few muffins. The worker stated that we came too late said that if we wanted more options, we should’ve came earlier in the day you close at 9 PM so you mean you run out of donuts and you don’t make anymore doughnut ?? me and my wife were very disappointed in the selection of donuts. It was earlier in the evening like 553 and we didn’t know what to get so we asked if there were any more donuts gonna be available anytime soon and end the employee stated well we should’ve gotten there a little earlier not a response. I was looking for but OK we had a very disappointing experience. we will not be going back to this Dunkin very very disappointed!!!

Literally saw the manager shaking the registers then the next day “Welcome to Dunkin our systems are out for 20-30 minutes” maybe don’t be aggressive and shake the registers?
