We door dashed based on all of the good reviews. I’m going to be honest, I don’t understand all of the good reviews. This was the worst hibachi we’ve ever had. Absolutely no flavor or seasoning whatsoever. The yum yum sauce? What even was that. It tasted like straight mayonnaise. Maybe we had a bad batch but everything we had was completely lacking seasoning and flavor. The noodles were so dry.

Someone recommended this place for excellent hibachi. My first time here, order taker was not friendly at all. Was placing order , asked lady for a cup for water, she said "no water cup only buy bottle water. " Food was decent but place really needs to be thoroughly cleaned, floors dirty, take a look under tables. Bathroom very dirty and smelled like sewer, no hand soap. Cleanliness is a must.

I doordash from Hibachi Express at least once or twice a week and I just want to say how amazing their food is and their customer service is absolutely top-notch
The food was SO good! Def recommend! Got the teriyaki chicken and shrimp dinner with brown rice and veggies. I'm telling you, it was the best Asian food I've had around the area in the last 2 years of trying to find a place. The doors and floors were a little dirty but the kitchen was immaculate and the staff was so helpful and friendly. A small bit of language barrier but they understand that and repeated and slowed down until we understood each other. 5 stars for sure. Large portions too...have lunch for today ?
Vegetarian options: You could def order a rice and veggie dish.
Parking: Part of a large shopping center with plenty of parking. Handicapped parking as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: The part from parking lot to sidewalk is flat so no problem getting a wheelchair in there.
The food was amazing as well as the customer service.

Just take my family get meals from here, Alway Delicious! ?Heard some fun call restaurant talk about order on doordash Food is not good want get another order??(Food is not good but want employer cook another for u???) need follow the way you ask about to cook another order? If not, you going post them on your social media…? Oh my lord that's scare. It's funny bc food is not good but you ask cook another one?. However alway love this place! My favorite in local area!
