We love this restaurant and are there frequently. This one particular evening was very different. There was a bartender named Renee. She seemed overwhelmed kind of scattered brained. It was very hard to get service at the bar. At one point she snapped and yelled at a friend I was with. I have never experienced anything like that So rude. I really don’t think this position is for her. We will return only when she is not working She need training

So I got the chicken Parmesan, if I go to a restaurant and this is on the menu, this is what I get. Out the door it was $23 and some change but let me tell you this, hands-down the best chicken Parmesan I’ve ever had! The red sauce is absolutely amazing and the bread, I don’t really eat bread like that, but I had to stop myself for eating all of it. Do yourself a favor.

We loved this restaurant. Nice atmosphere. The food and the service was good as well. So when three of my friends wanted to go out for dinner, we all choose to come to this restaurant . Well, this time is different. The waitress who served us named Renée. It took her a few tries to get the order correct for one of my friend. When we got our bill, three out of four were completely which was not a big deal. We all make mistakes. The restaurant was not that busy at a time, we told her the bills were wrong. the drama started when she came back to the table, she appeared stressed, rude, obnoxious and started yelling at my friend and me. We were shocked by her behavior! we can not believe people like this even get to work in service industry! it will be a long time before we go to Parkway Bistro in Longs again even though we still love the food there. we can get good food in tons of restaurants around here, bad service will eventually be your loss!!

She continued to have an attitude and went back to whisper to another person at the hostess table. We have never seen this particular hostess before but she needs some training in how to treat customers without making rude faces the whole time. The owners and everyone else are outstanding!!

Wow, what a wonderful restaurant Do not hesitate to go. We have been there twice, our new favorite restaurant. We have a few other top 5 restaurants but this place is now our #1. They are very clean, Isaac has been our waiter and he is excellent. We went last night for our second time for a friends birthday and we are going again Sunday with friends who will be visiting. The price is very good, the servings are huge and the quality and taste of everything we have all ordered is second to none. Really, delicious. We can't wait to go for their happy hour one day. The prices make it a place we can go several times and not have to say we can't afford to go there. Thank you Parkway Bistro for being a great restaurant to go to. Oh and we live in Sunset Beach, NC and travel 30 minutes to get there. That is not long, but well worth it.

Fabulous parmesean crusted boneless pork chops for me, crab encrusted haddock for hubby. Wow! Best restaurant we've been to in a long time. Great happy hour. Super service from Tom. Italian wedding soup is homemade. Salad served in ice cold bowl. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff. Bread served with homemade garlic butter. Five star 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 👌 😍 restaurant. We can't wait to return
