Waited almost 40 minutes in the dining room for my order that I ordered and paid for on one of their order screens. Well the screens don't give you a receipt. 35 minutes of standing at the counter before someone even asked what we were waiting for. Drive thru was moderately busy but nothing big (ive worked fast food 10 yrs). Couldn't go through the drive thru with our trailer so had to come inside.
Turns out, someone bumped our order off of the screen so she had to pull the ticket back up. I know accidents happen but I've been to this location 4 times now and only had 1 smooth/fast transaction. There was a girl with braided hair in the kitchen that kept looking up at us like a deer in headlights. Didnt ask us what we were waiting on...didnt communicate with any of the team members. All of the focus cannot be just on drive thru. These screens are not a replacement for actual customer service. Should at least have 1 employee at the counter now come on.

Omg on 10/26/2025 one of their employees was smoking cigarettes like a chimney beside where I was parked. The cigarette smoke smelled so bad, it was coming inside of my car. I had to move to the other side of the Taco Bell parking lot at 6:50 pm

We stopped in for a quick bite and 20 minutes later we got our food. Just a serving of nacho fries and a crunch wrap with avocado. Fries were lukewarm and crunch wrap had no meat in it and no avocado. Sadly we were on the road when checking. Will not be going again. Wasn't very busy inside or drive through but a lot of online delivery orders that seems to either made them forget us or put us at the bottom of any list. The lady who took our order was very nice. The ones in the back not so.

Summer

I ordered 2 chalupas, and they were completely wrong. I live far so I called not sure if they could even do anything. They gave me a credit for them which I was happy about. These things are like $7. Today I go in for my remake and check 2 of the 3 of them they looked right so I left. I get home and the last one literally have 1 or 2 pieces of chicken. Im so mad. I literally paid for a 3rd chalupa because I didn't want the other stuff there were issues with(my food, my husband got chalupas). So i paid for food on top of the credit and still. So ticked off, especially when it took 17 minutes and other people who came behind me got their stuff first.

Was an absolute joke I went through the drive-through and ordered about eight things for my family and of course there was three missing so I had to drive all the way back and get them. It looked like they forgot to put the stuff on top of the Mexican pizzas. The tacos had maybe four strands of cheese on them and a spoonful of ground beef. They need to hire people that care a little bit about their job, maybe pay them more or something. Just terrible.
