I've been to this location 3 times in the last month and every time we are missing food and it's made wrong. They never listen bc they to busy messing around. I will not be going back to this location I would rather travel for better service

This Wendy’s has no people working correctly. It took 20 minutes to take my order after they told me to wait another 5 at the microphone to order with two people in front. And don’t even bother going in. You’ll wait twice as long.

You ever just get a pit in your stomach knowing the drive thru experience at a location will be at an all time low even at 9 pm?!
Tonight they redeemed themselves and worthy of a decent review.
Expect to wait longer than Walmart at Christmas at the drive thru.
The food is as expected. It’s Wendy’s.
The people are nice and seem very rushed (or tired…perhaps understaffed).
My biggest complaint (and I hesitate and use this location as a last resort always is the drive thru wait). I literally cringe.
I hope the staff know we appreciate them but the management team needs to improve the process.

We waited over 15 mins for food with no one else in line. This is what the restroom look like before and after us eating. And Telling the employees that bathroom was a mess upon our arrival. Where is the care?!

Person working the window, very nasty, very rude, terrible. Attitude should not be dealing with any customers at all. She should be in the back sweeping floors or mopping.

Worst strawberry lemonade ever!!!! Every time I come here and order a strawberry lemonade it taste like water and I always get it with no ice and it still doesn’t have enough strawberry syrup in it! At this point yall need to just discontinue it at this location because yall can’t never seem to make it right. Smh $3.08 wasted over some trash can water tasting supposedly strawberry lemonade!

Visited while traveling, not in my area. Long wait in drive through almost as if they were taking order and serving that order before taking another order. Wait time to receiving food was approximately 15 minutes. In SC, may try to avoid this location in future
