The food and the service was absolutely fantastic! The food was prepared perfectly and exactly as I ordered. The waiter was just like a friend that I had known for years. I could not ask for a more pleasant wonderful meal. A real gem in Loris,SC.. Be sure to give them a try !!!

Swung by on the way back to NC from Myrtle Beach, got a blt and chicken fingers with sweet potato fries and everything was SO good we had to come leave a review. The service was great! 👍 Definitely will be a new pitstop on the way home

My mom was recently in the hospital at the McLeod hoping campus in Loris and my husband, my daughter and my grandson wanted a sit down restaurant to eat at. One of mom’s nurses recommended Back Street Cafe. Oh my goodness…. It was simply amazing! I had the hamburger steak with mushrooms and peppers and onions with baked potato and salad, hubs had the same thing & my daughter had smoked ham over chicken breast with cheese, salad and baked potato. I highly recommend if you’re ever in Loris give this place a try. I know we’ll be back.
