Placed an order online for pick up. The sign outside for pickup mentions the app. On the app you hit the button saying you’re there and it tells you the food will be out shortly. According to the employee there you can’t use the app. You have to call or go inside yourself. Food was cold and soggy by the time I got it home.

The entire reason this review is being written is to recognize the awesome young woman named Faith, working Saturday evening here.
I ordered a very particular sandwich that wasn't a regular menu item at all and she made it happen. But it ended up taking a little longer than we hoped and she was just so kind and professional. I decided to wait, and had carelessly mentioned how I was having an aggravating evening of my food being messed up everywhere. It wasn't intentional and I wasn't looking for any sympathy, just more so venting. But Faith took it upon herself to find a way to make it all easier for me, she recognized the inconvenience was just already so much even though it shouldn't have been for me and she offered me a drink, which I really needed and didn't realize ...
She was so sweet and receptive to me. I almost wanted to cry.
My food also came out piping hot and absolutely perfect

I went and got dinner there around 7pm on Aug 4, 25, and it was the best meal I’ve ever had from there. All of the workers were so nice and very efficient. All of the food was cooked to perfection and very fresh!
I waited in the drive-in for 15 minutes and we didn't move. Called the Restaurant and the kid said he was waiting on the counter and the drive thru. For me to hold, he will get to me when he can. Terrible Service, Very Un perfessional. They need to review there Comoany Standards. Bad Judgement on my part to stop here. Never again.

Ordered a family meal a few days ago that was mixing some items. Went through the app and sent a message regarding issue as I had already gotten home. Was contacted same day by corporate and then by the local branch a couple days later. Issue was resolved and everyone was friendly and helpful during the entire process.

We went in there today for Sunday dinner. There was a line of people inside waiting for someone to take their order. Half a dozen employees were walking around, but no one was taking orders. We waited over ten minutes and left. We enjoy Bojangles' chicken, but the customer service at this store was horrible. We will not be back.
