Had a issues on Wednesday came back Saturday. Sometimes we forget we all have a bad days. They remembered and was amazing today. It always is humbling to ne remembered. Drive there for there amazing PorkChop BISCUIT. What a great Management team.

We went drive thru the Guy at the window told us chicken will be ready in 15 minutes we decided to wait, 25 minutes later after been park there come back to the window asked how much longer? A lady closed the window and did Not Answer. Very rude. We left because when we asked how much longer we told them we got to go! We got to go Charlotte! Left without refund and Order. Horrible service ! Do Not recomend! Enjoy $38 over tonite !

The manager of this establishment should be highly embarrassed at the incompetence of the workers. We used to come here all the time years ago and it was great. It’s getting worse every time we’ve came. They really need to close until they can get better management and workers.

Breakfast fail! Boberry biscuits could break a window Chicken biscuit might have well been carved out of stone as well The cashier was running back and forth from the window to the front while her help just stood around The tables needed to be wiped off
I'm ashamed that my boyfriend and I rarely get to dine out and when we did we obviously chose the wrong place.
Spent $23 for 2 dinners [no drinks] and was not asked at purchase if I wanted sauce. At pickup asked for Bo Sauce. Told dinners did not include sauce. Extra charge $1.29. Paid and requested contact info for owners. Told in CA and not provided. If u want sauce, it is the customer responsibility to ask and pay up front!!!

My 4 kids and I had breakfast here before going to school. We came Thursday 10/10/24 for my oldest birthday. The cashier
that took our order was fantastic!! The food was good but the place could use some remodeling. However, we would recommend due to the wonderful customer service we experienced. I wish I remembered her name but she was so pleasant.
About 6 months ago this Bojangles used to be amazing, now they cant ever get your order right. They'll ask you to pull up and then forget about you for half an hour (we were missing fries). Its obvious the workers are undertrained and do not know what they're doing. I understand there's new people but this is every time we go. Something in our order is messed up every single time. I ordered a normal 5 piece supreme with fries, a sweet tea, and two half gallons of sweet tea. They gave us one box that we handed back because it wasn't right. Then a different guy came to the window and asked what we had ordered. I ended up without a drink and was missing the biscuit. Go ahead and call me dramatic. We will not be going back anymore.
