They have my favorite fried chicken sandwich. Very consistent, always crispy, warm, and fresh. I love their combination of spices on their chicken.

7:30 am I pull in to get a sausage bisquit, I have had gas station sausage biscuits that sat under heat lamps for hours that were better. This should have been fresh being early morning but it was so dried up it had shrunk a few sizes. Worst sausage bisquit I have ever had in my life, I am amazed the person that made it looked at that patty and decided it looked great. The bisquit itself wasn't much better. $10 for basically dogfood.

On this date, Wednesday May 28th 2025 at 10:42 p.m. I had a extremely pleasant experience at the Bojangles here in loris. All the employees were extremely nice and polite. I'm in loris only a few times a month, every time I'm here I stop at this Bojangles location to get my three piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. I love it here. They're not playing nasty music and everybody has a smile on their face. I don't know what it's like in the afternoon or in the evening cuz I've only came in the morning. I don't know the names of the employees that handled my order but they were so nice and polite. Thank yall! it is very much appreciated to come across people that are actually nice and polite nowadays. Very hard to come by. I hope management sees this and give their employees a bonus or something. The young lady that helped me at the register her name is Rose.

Food is fine just service is awful I had a mobile order came to pick it up. Then was told oh we didn't see it after it had already been 30 minutes. Then was handed cups for drinks made the drinks then was told those weren't my drinks. Very rudely. Was not given any apology or anything.

Put a delivery order in on the app. 2 hours later it was still in the store. We tried to call, she said there was nothing she could do. Also couldn’t tell us who to call or contact to get refunded. Tried again 2 days later and the lady was very rude and hung up on us. Horrible customer service. Never returning, not that they probably care

Really bad service went 05/04/2025 around 9:45pm guy told me to pull to the parking lot because fries will take 5 minutes and Everybody was going with the orders and I Wait for 30 minutes until my daughter went to ask how much longer and the people in there where like oh so then guy came out and said I’m sorry we don’t have fries and didn’t even ask if I wanted something else just gave me Mac & cheese instead of asking if it was OK to take something else😡😡😡😡

The folks at this Bojangles are always very friendly. The food is fresh, and it's easy to get in and out. Usually, there isn't a line because they are really efficient.

Went here yesterday to try their blueberry cobbler. Sadly it was discontinued so I ordered six of their new blueberry cookies instead. I honestly didn't have too big expectations as the last time I ate here the overcooked blueberry biscuits weren't the best. These cookies however... They were the bomb. Tasty, thick and flavorful blueberry chewy goodness. A solid yet soft texture. I highly recommend trying them and I definitely plan on ordering some again sometime.
Spent almost $6 for a large fry that have must of been cooked 15-20 minutes before I ordered they where warm but old. So absolutely DISGUSTED AND PISSED OFF. Just because it's a 1/2 hour before close shows the laziness. Especially when hear the fry cook tell the cashier it's gonna be 13mins for fries!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was good. However is was very cold outside this day. The heat did not work in this store. The customers and staff were freezing.
It was snow flurrying as I shivered and ate my food as quickly as possible.
Was not a good eating or working environment.

This place is ok kinda high for what's it worth if I am gonna download the app I should at least be able to get offers or discounts or something like that the family meals are outrageous if you're gonna charge $30 for 8 peices of chicken you should at least have the sides come with the chicken maybe yall could do 3 large sides or something like that we wind up having to get the regular sides which was mashed potatoes and gravy and 4 bo rounds to share with 3 people please make it affordable like I said at the other bojangles in whiteville bring back the $5.99 boxes for 1 person at least also I saw one of the workers come in to work with his pants almost to his knees that was really nasty no one wants to see that and it was unprofessional I think staff needs to be training to act professional some of those people has bad attitudes and they don't want to give me extra sauce that I need why is it mcds give me all the sauce I need but I have to pay for yalls sauce I only needed one sauce and couldn't get it I had to pay 50 cent for sauce that's crazy

Had a issues on Wednesday came back Saturday. Sometimes we forget we all have a bad days. They remembered and was amazing today. It always is humbling to ne remembered. Drive there for there amazing PorkChop BISCUIT. What a great Management team.
