The entire reason this review is being written is to recognize the awesome young woman named Faith, working Saturday evening here.
I ordered a very particular sandwich that wasn't a regular menu item at all and she made it happen. But it ended up taking a little longer than we hoped and she was just so kind and professional. I decided to wait, and had carelessly mentioned how I was having an aggravating evening of my food being messed up everywhere. It wasn't intentional and I wasn't looking for any sympathy, just more so venting. But Faith took it upon herself to find a way to make it all easier for me, she recognized the inconvenience was just already so much even though it shouldn't have been for me and she offered me a drink, which I really needed and didn't realize ...
She was so sweet and receptive to me. I almost wanted to cry.
My food also came out piping hot and absolutely perfect

I went and got dinner there around 7pm on Aug 4, 25, and it was the best meal I’ve ever had from there. All of the workers were so nice and very efficient. All of the food was cooked to perfection and very fresh!

I waited in the drive-in for 15 minutes and we didn't move. Called the Restaurant and the kid said he was waiting on the counter and the drive thru. For me to hold, he will get to me when he can. Terrible Service, Very Un perfessional. They need to review there Comoany Standards. Bad Judgement on my part to stop here. Never again.

Ordered a family meal a few days ago that was mixing some items. Went through the app and sent a message regarding issue as I had already gotten home. Was contacted same day by corporate and then by the local branch a couple days later. Issue was resolved and everyone was friendly and helpful during the entire process.

We went in there today for Sunday dinner. There was a line of people inside waiting for someone to take their order. Half a dozen employees were walking around, but no one was taking orders. We waited over ten minutes and left. We enjoy Bojangles' chicken, but the customer service at this store was horrible. We will not be back.

No Dr pepper, no bqq sauce, also no fries. Didn't tell us about fries til after we waited 15 mins by the curb. Sweet tea taste like crap. Will not come back. Always have to wait 25 to 30 mins on food.

Don't bother having food delivered from door dash or Uber eats, they miss items on the order almost like it is on purpose. Good luck if you decide to try.
got a combo today, all 4 of my strips look like bigger versions of chicken nuggets. i can understand a small tender or two but all of the chicken in my box wasn’t even big enough to be considered a strip? also, why was my biscuit barely baked?

Absolute Dynamite
One of the nicest and cleaner of the Bojangles location I have been to. My tenders were OK, bottom of the fryer look but everything else was fine. The promptness and good attitude of the staff made the entire experience worth having again.

7:30 am I pull in to get a sausage bisquit, I have had gas station sausage biscuits that sat under heat lamps for hours that were better. This should have been fresh being early morning but it was so dried up it had shrunk a few sizes. Worst sausage bisquit I have ever had in my life, I am amazed the person that made it looked at that patty and decided it looked great. The bisquit itself wasn't much better. $10 for basically dogfood.

On this date, Wednesday May 28th 2025 at 10:42 p.m. I had a extremely pleasant experience at the Bojangles here in loris. All the employees were extremely nice and polite. I'm in loris only a few times a month, every time I'm here I stop at this Bojangles location to get my three piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. I love it here. They're not playing nasty music and everybody has a smile on their face. I don't know what it's like in the afternoon or in the evening cuz I've only came in the morning. I don't know the names of the employees that handled my order but they were so nice and polite. Thank yall! it is very much appreciated to come across people that are actually nice and polite nowadays. Very hard to come by. I hope management sees this and give their employees a bonus or something. The young lady that helped me at the register her name is Rose.
