POOR SERVICE!!!
the manger called me twice saying his driver refused to drive an extra 5 minutes to deliver me my order. I even offered a five dollar extra tip on top of 15 percent tip. They had already made the pizza. It was their fault for going through with the order in the first place. I swear some people just don’t get the meaning of hard work these days. Seems pretty easy to me to drive a pie down the street. Then again I’m glad I didn’t end up eating all those calories.

Ordered off DoorDash and received 10 minutes after it said it arrived which is honestly pretty standard for all dominos locations. The delivery dude was great very nice and friendly and the food was great plenty greasy plenty seasoned. I apologize lol

Employees dont really make you feel welcomed. They cant cut the pies worth a darn. All that said, they are quick and about 80-90% accurate when it comes to the orders.

Sausage marinara pasta from dominos, 10/10 will order again. I had 4 teeth extracted (2 on each side) and needed some soft pasta and these were perfect. I struggle because my extractions are freshly done but absolutely delicious flavor. Pizza was hot, bread bites good. Thx jamilynn the manager

This is my Karen moment for the week I guess. I tried to call to place an order on my way home from work to the Domino's in Loris, South Carolina. First, after 10 minutes of trying to navigate a relentless switchboard that would not let me talk to a person. I had to find an inventive way to reach somebody. After which I was placed on hold for another 3 minutes until this person reluctantly decided to talk to me. The first thing they said to me was we do have an online service for placing orders. And then continued to take my order. After I gave them my order they refused to place my order without me rendering my card information directly to them over the phone. I told them that I wasn't comfortable with that and they told me that I would have to wait till I got there to place my order which pretty much made the whole point of calling them useless since I was eager to get home after working all day. The guy told me that I wouldn't find anyone else who would do that. That is until I contacted their competitor down the street who was glad to take my order which I then added extra stuff to. And did not ask for a card over the phone. You'll find their review just down the page from this one. Even though the process of getting back in contact with a live person at Domino's, I was very glad to sit through the process to get in contact to my surprise with the exact same person I had spoke to and let them know that not only did I find somebody who would be glad to take my order and place it without giving my card information that I intended on dropping a $20 tip that I would have been happy to do there too. All in all my experience with Domino's was bittersweet. Bitter to the fact that their service has gone downhill so bad. But sweet because I was able to stick it up to where the sun doesn't shine to the person who was answering the phone who obviously doesn't want to work there.

This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Domino’s.

I ordered two pizzas and a chicken Alfredo with a 15–20 minute estimated time. When I arrived, I was told the pasta was the only thing left and would be another 5 minutes. Orders started getting backed up, mine included, and what should have been a short wait turned into 30+ additional minutes.

By the time the pasta was done, my pizzas had been sitting for nearly an hour. When I asked if they would be remade, I was told it “wouldn’t be worth my time” and instead they’d add a free large 2-topping pizza to my account and let me grab a 2-liter soda. I was also told that if I had paid in cash instead of online, I could have actually been reimbursed.

To top it all off, the “free pizza” they promised never even appeared in my account.

Extremely disappointing from start to finish. The pizzas absolutely would have been worth my time if they had been remade properly.

Every time I order here the delivery driver NEVER has change. So I’m focused to “ tip “ them more than I was expected to. Start sending bank out with your delivery drivers !

I've ordered a couple of pizzas, that's the specials, which you can pick 9 items for $9.99. What really frustrated me was what is showed on TV looks good. When I placed my order and when I got my pizza I was very disappointed. The ingredients was very skimpy. I said well maybe it was a new cook. Well the next time was the same thing. Over all I'm not impressed with the pizzas at Domino's

Opted for them to bring out pizza’s to car instead of going in or thru drive thru. App said pizza’s are ready. Parked in designated area with my flashers on, people were going in getting their pizzas, couple cars went thru drive, still waiting at this point. I could see employees talking and looking in the direction of my car from inside restaurant and yet I waited few minutes more before having to go to drive thru. Probably around 10 minutes before I got pizzas. Pizzas looked like they were rushed, toppings were missing on a few pieces and not cut all the way through. Gave them another chance because a couple time’s in the past the service was horrible. Will go to another store next time.

My online order was sent to the Longs store. I waited forever to get someone on the phone at the Longs store to try and rectify the problem. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Finally I reordered in person at the Loris store. Had to wait another 17 mins for my order. Drove 25 mins to get home to have to burnt pizzas. One was supposed to have extra cheese which I paid for and it was not on the pizza. I will no longer be throwing my money away to this establishment. They have no respect for their customers at all. They did not offer to try and help resolve this problem that was not my fault. Even my online receipt said the order was to be picked up at the Loris store. When I showed the young girl she said I have nothing to do with that and turned and walked away. Waiting customers days they had multiple problems with this store also and complained about the rudeness of the employee. $40 for 2 medium thin crust pizza is crazy to begin with but what my grands wanted for supper after a day of shopping. Dominoes lost a loyal customer of over 30 yrs last night.

The driver was good, but this was the worst pizza we have ever had. I get sick with too much sodium and this pizza has more salt and garlic on it than anything I have had in ages. The cheese looked like it slid off the pizza before it cooled to rock temperature and I had to break pieces off instead of pulling them apart. This is what you get when you cash in your points.
