Opted for them to bring out pizza’s to car instead of going in or thru drive thru. App said pizza’s are ready. Parked in designated area with my flashers on, people were going in getting their pizzas, couple cars went thru drive, still waiting at this point. I could see employees talking and looking in the direction of my car from inside restaurant and yet I waited few minutes more before having to go to drive thru. Probably around 10 minutes before I got pizzas. Pizzas looked like they were rushed, toppings were missing on a few pieces and not cut all the way through. Gave them another chance because a couple time’s in the past the service was horrible. Will go to another store next time.

My online order was sent to the Longs store. I waited forever to get someone on the phone at the Longs store to try and rectify the problem. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Finally I reordered in person at the Loris store. Had to wait another 17 mins for my order. Drove 25 mins to get home to have to burnt pizzas. One was supposed to have extra cheese which I paid for and it was not on the pizza. I will no longer be throwing my money away to this establishment. They have no respect for their customers at all. They did not offer to try and help resolve this problem that was not my fault. Even my online receipt said the order was to be picked up at the Loris store. When I showed the young girl she said I have nothing to do with that and turned and walked away. Waiting customers days they had multiple problems with this store also and complained about the rudeness of the employee. $40 for 2 medium thin crust pizza is crazy to begin with but what my grands wanted for supper after a day of shopping. Dominoes lost a loyal customer of over 30 yrs last night.

The driver was good, but this was the worst pizza we have ever had. I get sick with too much sodium and this pizza has more salt and garlic on it than anything I have had in ages. The cheese looked like it slid off the pizza before it cooled to rock temperature and I had to break pieces off instead of pulling them apart. This is what you get when you cash in your points.

Don't waste your money at this domino's! Last year was the first time getting food from this domino's . Found a short black hair in the wings . Called and ask them if anyone worked there had short black hair . The young lady said yes . I told her i found the hair in the wings . She said oh sry . This year 2025 we had company ( family) and decided to give this domino's another try . We ordered 4 pizzas and BBQ wings . All the pizzas were over cooked and not what we ordered, toppings. This domino's is the worst domino's I've ever got food from . Food sucks , workers suck . Will never get anything from this domino's again!!! 2025

I went to pick up my food and the person making the pizzas was liking her fingers. Complained immediately when I saw this and cancelled my order. The.cashier apparently thought that it was ok and address it with the employee, no apologies! Last time for me!

Waited over an hour for my pizza even though my app said pizza was done Place is a mess employees can’t find orders manager is useless and the last straw for me was the black kid working there boxing up pizzas after picking up stuff in the floor and not washing his hands done with this place I’ll drive the extra 15 miles and get my pizza from the Conway dominoes

Ordered online at noon. Was told pizza would be ready by 12:42. I arrived at 1:00 and was told that it wasn’t ready and that it still had to go into the oven and for me to check back in 20 minutes. I live 30 minutes from the place. What a joke of a store front. Less grab ass and more employees doing their jobs would be appreciated.

I ordered my pizza at 6:30 didn’t get it until 9:45 but instead of them knocking on the door they left it on my porch so the cats got ahold to it . I will never order from here again they need to be shut down asap !!

Why does it say open till 11 yet my order was cancelled at 10. I’m so over this place the service sucks and the times aren’t accurate. You can’t get ahold of anyone in the store it’s just ridiculous I miss Pizza Hut. Y’all suck!!! Don’t order here it’s a hassle all the way around.
