The staff are wonderful folks. Authentic Mexican and fresh food is what's served. This restaurant isn't your normal Mexican restaurant that serves food just like the others. If you want authentic food just the way it should be and the taste of amazement I encourage you to visit and see for yourself I promise you'll want to return for more.

First time we was there, we have good experience , second time we have really bad experience as no Customer we have to call for our waitress She never show up. We have to go find her some of the food is top is warm. Bottom is cold 🥶 where is my waitress? ? Where is Customer?

Service sucked, Atmosphere could've been way better! I've seen and been in better Mexican restaurants that had awesome service and the atmosphere was awesome! This place was not! My husband and I are never going back! The food wasn't all that! Poor parking lot! No free refills on soda that crap! We're disappointed!

Maybe the waitress was having an off night or maybe she just doesn't communicate well. She ignored us pretty much and was very unfriendly while the other nice waitress was helpful and smiled. We had to ask the nice waitress for things and the other one forgot my tortillas for my fajitas along with the rice and refried beans. In spite of the obvious poor treatment, the nice lady seemed surprised when we still tipped very well. Food was pretty good, but the service by the one waitress was horrible and unfortunately we can't let ourselves go back for more of the same.
First time at El Ranchito and Oh Em Geee…. It was really good. Great food, great price, and good atmosphere. They even have a kid zone option now, let you kids play and eat while you eat! 🙂 10/10
