Breakfast platter was not as good as it used to be. Tables were not cleaned. We wiped them down ourself.

I'm usually happy with their food and customer service but last Friday I ordered a double cheeseburger and a spicy chicken sandwich and the buns were so stale they broke apart while eating them. it could've been an oversight but if I were a first time customer it would've given me a negative impression of the brand and I may not return.

I was in a rush heading to my child's doctor's appointment so I decided to grab them some Hardees because it was on the way. Went through the drive thru and purchased two chicken strip kids meals and a meal for myself. My kids go through their bags and let me know they dont have their apple sauce. I go back in and ask about it. They say they do not have apple sauce. Naturally, I inquired about receiving anything extra, (fries, a chicken strip, anything) since I paid for a full meal and they could not provide what I paid for. The employee at the counter asks the drive thru employee if she can give me an extra fry. The employee at the drive through, responded in a very rude tone, "fries dont equal no apple sauce". It was apparent after I asked that they knew they didn't have apple sauce but chose not to mention that when I placed my order. They also made the choice to act like I was making an issue for asking to get what I paid for. If I come into Hardees short on money for my meal I wouldn't get my food. What makes it ok for me not to receive what I'm paying for? And then have an attitude with the customer for asking for what's listen on the receipt

1st person at drive up window was a nasty person and no patience. But the lady gave us our order was much nicer. The 1st one needs MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!

horrible service very unprofessional and didn’t even give me a recipe then made us park for 25 minutes until we had too call them and our food was cold and they didn’t even make them right. i’m very disappointed

Ordered through the drive thru with no one else there..was told to park on the side to wait for food. When food was brought out..the fries were cold and the sandwiches were thrown together very messy...the workers took no pride in their food and the lady was very rude when we asked for our missing drink, as if we wanted her to do extra work.

I guess you could say the food is hit and miss. it's according to who's working to what attitude you may get. Not the most friendly place sometimes. I edited this review to add this on. Several times lately I have stopped at Hardee's and asked for the 599 special but when I get to the windows they asked for $7. 68in which I always tell them know I asked for the 599 special which should cost 656 with tax. Last night last nightThey do this constantly so it's not an accident they try to forcefully upgrade you. Last night I stopped in for a snack and ask for the 599 bag special and you guessed it when I got to the window it was 7: 68 so I told the lady I believed to be the manager very politely I asked for the 599 special she immediately got angry and took the large cup of soda she was holding in her hand over and poured it out and told me she didn't understand why I had a problem paying that little bit extra. Also there was a young man working with dreads down his back at least 2 ft with no hair net just hair dangling all over the food. At this point I just drove off I didn't need the attitude and did not trust them with my food anymore. I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but they earned this one. Just a note I was on an e-bike and could not manage a large soda even if I wanted it Thanks John

Stopped in for a snack specifically asked for the 599 special but when I get to the window the price is $758 and when I explained that I asked for the 599 special, I was told I said it was okay to go medium or large which to that I said that I had said no such thing. Then the lady gets angry holding a large drink she goes and pours it out and tells me she don't understand why I'm too cheap to pay that little bit extra. And which at this point I didn't even trust them to fix my food so I drove away. Horrible experience. You know it's one thing to steal for yourself but it's another thing to steal for somebody else. Reprehensible in my opinion.

I ordered a milkshake was 3/4 full and when I asked about it I catch a bunch of attitude from the manager do not recommend go to McDonald's instead.
