Slow Service, But thought okay , hot food. Nope Service was , Simply put, I waited over 15 mins for a Burger, when I spoke up the staff basically said We can't control the back & it is what it is . Over all the service has, & is lousy. We all understand a bad day but it took 3 times before I posted. They close tickets before you get your food, so if they can't see what needs done you wait a while, poor communication period

I was in the store today around 3:30 As a matter of fact I went through drive through. I place a order for a big bag, they were Out of the hot ham and cheese. The burger and the kids meal was burnt and very hard, The double cheeseburger in the big bag was hard red was hard The meat was burnt. I will never go back to Hardee's in Lori's again, if I wasn't in a hurry To pick up my grandchildren, I would have went and got a refund...grill work sorry, To be Honest, I did go back and take the kid's meal back and I promise you. It looked like he just rewrapped the sandwich and sent it right back. People Are tired of See Ing their hard earned money being wasted!!!!!! Employees need to take more responsibility When it Comes to customer service.
