Spent 20$ for a chicken bowl combo and a classic sandwich combo.....only to recive absolutely no fries and a bowl that looks like it was a kindergarteners art project. 90% corn and 10% of whatever else ....nasty

I'll truly don't believe it even deserves. One star standing for hated it. It was absolutely horrible now to get to the point kFC the franchise has some good tasting chicken. this KFC in LORIS SC ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I don't know what these workers are doing. How long they leave in this chicken setting? Everything was horrible I will not be back and I dont recommend any one to spend money there

Made an order at Drive thru and had to pull over and park. I forgot to ask for sauce. I went in to add the sauce. As I entered, an employee made a comment that I was coming in to see if they what they was going to do to my food. I said I came in cause I forgot to ask for hot sauce. They denied saying anything. I told them just to keep the food even after I paid for it. Employees are rude. I will never go back there again.

Today was my 2nd and last time!! The ladies working the window were great. - thats the only reason I gave 2 stars. The food (chicken strips) once again, was dry and cold. I would not be surprised if it was a day old and was thrown away. Im really disappointed in the lack of care taken to provide and ensure quality food for your customers. I should have known something was up when no one was in the drive thru. My money was wasted. KFC used to be a staple in the community... now it's just a huge disappointment.

Idk who the manager was today that felt like (y’all pay her enough money to run outside and play parking lot police)…. My dad pulled to the front door to let my mom out & was going to back up in the handicap parking spot on the other side of us but before he could do anything the manger comes running outside & says we can’t park there, “ummmm no shit we know it’s not a parking spot we letting someone out the car”…. But as a manger to sit there and argue and go back and forth with a customer is just crazy especially over a parking spot…. She gone mess around and run out them doors at the right person & they gone give her exactly what she looking for!!!! Just very RUDE & IGNORANT

Food can honestly get any worse! The fries could not have been cooked the same day. You ask for liver to be cooked crispy, they are so soft you think they are raw. If you are only one at drive in…you have to park and wait for them to bring it out. So disgusting!!

Best KFC in the USA! Best chicken in the area! The only problem is that too many people know the secret, and the crew has to bust tail to keep up with demand. Fortunately, they have awesome management and an excellent crew.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that my order was incorrect. 2 pieces instead of 3. I called and left a message, no response. Today I spoke to the women at the counter about it and I got no response, no apology absolutely nothing to correct a wrong so todays order again was incorrect no slaw. What's a person to do Umm go ELSEWHERE. Sorry you lost a good customer
