Every time I order food there it is always hot The chicken sandwich is amazing it's fried just right then they put pickles and mayo but I don't get mayo, it's crunchy and the bread just finishes it off, there french fries are so good they have just the right amount of seasoning and don't need anything to dip then I'm there that good, chicken nuggets are a winner also fried to perfection and served hot all the time, they're something you need to try their food has gotten so much better and I order from there all the time I recommend it

This morning, they food tastes bad. The chicken tastes bad smell bad, don't smell like KFC supposed to biscuit was good other than that garbage.

I came up there and ordered An 8pc family meal with mashed potatoes, and cole slaw. Sabrina, the one with blonde hair took my order. She was rude and impatent with me. I waited over 30 minutes for my meal amd it was still not out, i asked when it would be ready and they said just wait a few more minutes. So i did that. When i asked to cancel my order and get a refund Yasmine S came up and i heard her mumble stuff about how i was “asking for a refund just cause i had to wait a little” She was super disrespectful. I also think its good to mention the fact that everyone before and after me got their order. Never going there again.

I've tried them a few times the first visit was very disturbing I ask for 3 thighs no sides and they said it would cost 15.00 . I ask why so much and the lady ask me did you want large or small pieces. I wrote to to the corporate office and ask them since when did you start charging different prices for different sizes of chicken. They apparently did some new menu items along with new prices ( affordable ). It was a special they were running 2 PC w a biscuit for only 5.00. great price I went in no problem . Went in the next week and ask for the same order. The girl started waving her hand and said oh you want the two piece I said I want the two piece special your running.she then said it was 8 dollars I ask isn't the special going on anymore she said yes but after I ring it all up your paying more then the number 1 I'm ringing up. I said it cost more I want the 5 dollar special. She was arguing with me and finally gave me my money back for the over charge but was complaining the whole time about it and I told her to stop trying to rip me off and arguing with me about it . I haven't been back since then and I wrote to the corporate office again.

Food was okay but my order was wrong. I never order cole slaw with my 8 pcs meal /Mac & cheese, Mash potatoes & gravy. Instead of Mac & cheese with my meal i got cole slaw that i never order.When my order was being taken their was no enthusiasm in the tone of voice of that person. I wasnt asked if i wanted original or crispy chicken. I had to tell that person what i perfer to have. When i got my food and left and i was curious because another worker came to the window talking bout have a nice day like the workers new my order was wrong.

PLEASE STOP PUTTING SPICEY CHICKEN IN THE POTPIES WITH THE REGULAR CHICKEN!!!! I have a gastric ulcer..I can NOT have spicey food without sending my stomach in an uproar of indigestion and vomiting. I bought a potpie now 2 different times and BOTH times they are Spicey due to mixed chicken!! I shuldnt have to pay $10 for food to throw away cus it's NOT edible!! I mentioned it to the nite crew and manager a few months ago when I got the 1st one and got the mouth full of spices and here we are again same thing!! I was told that they mix them up at the end of the day and cut it up for the pies...that's great but DONT put spices in with non and NOT tell anyone....this is a lawsuit waiting to happen!! I love the pies and some of the food that's not spicey but I refuse to eat here again til it STOPS!! So I guess u just lost a customer unfortunately ?
