I hope I spell their names right but Tanika and Bobby made my morning. They were very polite and professional and wow at the customer service. I have been to a lot of McDonalds and this o e here in Loris has got to be the best one that I have been to. Food is fresh and the customer service here is amazing. The prices at this McD’s are 20%+ higher than the one a few miles away in Tabor City. For example breakfast burrito is $3.09 vs $2.19 and has brown is $2.39 vs $1.99.

Came in ordered my food, McGriddle egg was moldy, no clue how you put that on a sandwich and don’t see it, bathrooms are disgusting, trash overflowing, other stall had feces on the floor, no hand soap. Floors of dining room looked very unkept as if no one ever sweeps or deep cleans 🤮🤮

if you ask to add something (onions, pickles, etc.) to a burger or wrap, don’t expect much. asked for slivered onions (the real ones) and got the dehydrated. apparently they don’t know the difference between their own items.

Unfortunately, I was not able to place an order. My wife and I just started to go purchase from McDonald's again. This location drive-through was slow. When we finally advanced to place our order, we were told the ice cream machine was down today for cleaning. I don't remember this being a whole day event when I worked McDonald's as a teen.
Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Everytime I come I am sitting in the drive through waiting for somebody to take my order for 10 minutes, even when the drive through is empty. I came today before work and waited for 30 minutes with no service and got to the window to see the employees playing around with one another. Plus waited 30 minutes to get my food and it was cold.

Ordered basic mcchicken, how can ya mess up something so simple. Somehow the loris mcdonalds must have found the chicken from where it fell behind the fryer from about a year ago. I have never tasted chicken that was so close to cardboard in my life. Never had such a horrible mcchicken. This mcdonalds seems to either be lacking in service or food quality every time I go there. I will just avoid it from now on.

Ordered a big order ended up with wrong drinks! On most the sandwiches hardly any sauce or ketchup. An the wait was to long since I ordered an paid before I got there. Will not be going back! Need people that know what they are doing

My go-to McDonald's! Great service. I use my mobile app all the time. Love the lady at the window who calls me Baby. Don't loose her. She's an asset. Keep the ice cream machine on late in the evening. They clean it to early.
