Cassandra that works at the 701 site was so sweet and helpful today when I went inside and explained that I sent my mobile order to the wrong restaurant. She tried to help me with the app and ended up buying my meal for me because I forgot my wallet with money and drivers license at home this morning. I offered to cashapp or Venmo her but she refused. Such a kind and generous thing to do especially the way our world is today she was a God send and my angel today! I wish I had gotten her last name but I will find out! I would love to do something nice for her in return! I had a bad migraine and was out seeing patients and wanted to try to get something to eat to see if it would help and I realized I didn’t have my pocket book. Thank you Cassandra you honestly made my day and are such a blessing ??.

I’m blown away by how this has over 3 stars.. I’ve gone to this McDonald’s a handful of times and every time they mess up my order and the female cashier with a deep voice is rude as hell.. recently the shamrock shake has dropped and I’ve gone there everyday for a week straight trying to get one but every time these lame mfers have a new excuse as to why they aren’t selling them “the ice cream machine is down” “we don’t have a button to right that up” “specialty items aren’t here yet” so why the hell are you advertising something you aren’t even selling???? This McDonald’s is a piece of shat I HIGHLY recommend never going hereAlso the McDonald’s in North Myrtle sold me a large shamrock shake right after being told that McDonald’s around this area doesn’t have a button yet by the loris McDonald’s corporate really needs to get up in there and get shat right

This is a rare McDonald's. Def great employees and management seems to be on it! I've dealt with most of them from many visits and I HAD to express my appreciation.There's times this location gets swamped, but the pull together and make it happen.I've even seen the GM stop in when dt and dinning area was packed she jumped right in to help out.They keep the dinning room clean and overall appearance is well maintained. Thanks yall and keep up the great work .I Definitely recommend THIS McDonald's, being others have MUCH room for improvementS (Marion, SC, and a few locations in Florence, sc) Thanks again.*1-30-24@ 2pm **special thanks to Jessica and siyah always above and beyond service I see ya !!
