Food is rarely right, sandwiches are sloppy until the bread is mushy. My sandwiches were fixed and I was at the drive thru which always takes forever and a day; my sandwiches set on the counter by the register while the other two ladies made 2 people’s orders that were walk-in customers in which had walked in while I was setting at the drive thru window waiting on my order! So I had to wait on these orders before I could get my order which was setting there getting cold and turning to mush! Pissed! Sorry sorry service! I swear no common sense and just plain sorry! I hope they shut it down!

Unprofessional workers. Good has the ability to be good if fixed correctly with the right attitude.we chose to leave instead of placing a 4 person order. They made it clear they were not excited about serving us.

9/9 5:30 pm guy and a girl deserves a freaking raise. Completely swamped with drive-throu, online orders and the line.
Kept cool with all the attitudes and being under staffed

Food is always good at this location. If I remember correctly anyways. I live in Conway and usually go to the one closer to me. But my mother in law bought us lunch and the food was fresh. Not even a fly insight!

This was the 2nd time we went there.. 1st time ..3 ppl in line.. after 20 mins we walked out.. and still had 2 ppl ahead of us. Today was no different.. walked in 2 ppl ahead of us.. 2 were busy chatting about the guy who lives across the street.. the one girl making sandwiches could not be any slower.. yet AGAIN. We walked out.. a car had pulled up with 5 or 6 ppl in it, they came in and walked out.. obviously they knew they would not get served this evening..we are locals in Loris..trying to supporrt our little town.. will NEVER return. Management needs to revamp and take a look at why no one goes there. Look at hiring new staff . this town is taking off you wont survive with that type of service.. I'm all about the little town feel. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I had gift cards and to use them I had to combine them all together…which okay fine but then I had a balance of $3.56 and it wouldn’t let me pay that amount with my debit card…so I purchased a $5 gift card and only got credit for that $3 something…like where is the rest of my money???? I called subway and asked if I could use my gift cards in the restaurant which I could of but they don’t offer the Bogo50…Then I ordered pickles and jalapeños on 2 my sandwiches and got none and ordered banana peppers and pickles on the other 2 sandwiches and got none. I am done eating at Subway. Bad customer service and app sucks!

I went there and got a 12-in chicken teriyaki sub, I actually went in there to get a salad but when I looked at the vegetables the lettuce had some brown on it and the rest just did not look fresh. And this was at 9:26 am.This is the first time I've ever been there, usually I go to American hero subs right here in Loris, but I decided to give Subway a try. My total came to $13.47 and it was definitely not worth what I paid I was really disappointed. I think I'm going to stick to my regular sub place. you definitely get your money's worth and more when you get a sub from American hero. On the bright side the store was the cleanest I've ever seen a Subway.

#I should have read the reviews before going there, now I understand by the parking lot seems to be always empty.

The girl building the sandwiches(blue hair) was pleasant as was the cashier..the girl on veggies needs to be retrained, garbage attitude, missing half the veggies, dropped the top of the oil bottle in the floor and put it back on and back in the bane without washing it, zero sense of urgency, she just stopped in the middle of making the food and was talking. 2 customers left without food while I was waiting, the first guy seemed pretty upset. Pickup order placed online for 8:30pm and I didn't get my food till 8:50. The Case group used to have higher standards, seems they've gone downhill. Won't be returning.

After living in Loris for 4-5 years I went here for the first time on Monday. Went to try the new limited Oreo footlong cookie. The interior was clean, atmosphere was pleasant and employees were nice. One told me the cookie was really good so I was even more excited to try it. Honestly? It was average. It was good but average. I wouldn't buy it again but I'd definitely eat it a third time if offered (Long story short, I ended up having it a second time the very next day 😂). I'm looking forward to trying their chocolate chip footlong next. Haven't had that one yet!

Didn't get greeted, a smile or anything walking in. The girl Jameria NEVER changed her gloves before making my sub nor after! She also touched her face and hat after making my sub. There was cross contamination between foods, toppings. The guy there that checked us out was polite. He was running the drive thru and checking customers out. I'll go to Tabor City next time!
