One of their employees is super rude, and most other employees are friendly. However, it doesn't matter if you order $98 worth of food, they will absolutely refuse to take bills larger than a $20! Which, is fine... IF they would make customers aware of that little piece of information BEFORE they take the order and make 6+ subs! I just left over $70 worth of food sitting at the restaurant because the employees failed to mention that they couldn't take anything bigger than a $20, even though I clearly ordered 6 subs one at a time inside the restaurant. Oh well. Money lost for them, not me!

I got a “fresh sub” and bread wasn’t even toasted, I open it and get this. Clearly it was baked way too long when getting ready for customers today. This bread is so hard I can’t even bite into it. For the price of this, it shouldn’t be like this.

While the food at subway isn't great the people at this location are awesome. They are kind and fast, even when they are super busy. Also it's the only drive thru in town where you can get a fresh sandwich instead of a burger.

Very disappointed with my first and last experience with the Subway, Loris SC. Today at 11:45, one 1 customer inside at the counter. I see 2 employees behind the counter. Go thru the drive thru for a simple order- foot long meatball on white bread. The touch screen menu won’t let you move past the cheese toppings. Went to the window and the lady came to the window, before I can say anything she told me she was too busy, either go thru the drive thru menu or walk inside, they were too busy!!! I still see 2 employees behind the counter and one customer in the restaurant. Restaurant was empty but for one guy getting a sandwich! I don’t normally post negative reviews, I understand that people can have bad days, however in this case, bad days verses a lazy and rude employee. She told me she was too busy to deal with me! W.O.W!. You have lost yet another community member from visiting your business.
Subway had became sort of mundane the last few times I had it,but the subway in loris was great.....friendly people,quick service, they really listened as I placed my order to make sure it was as I wanted...wish all subway shops were back on this
