This was a random find on a roadtrip and I’m so happy I found it. So authentic and so delicious. I can’t recommend the carne empanada enough and the owners were so friendly.

Taco food truck that is true to Mexican culture! This isn’t your American cuisine style taco food truck, this food tastes straight from the heart of Mexico. Portion size is just right. Food cost is good for what you get! And the 2 jalapeño salsa they gave you in the cups are good! Green habanero is my favorite. Love their empanadas! Made fresh each time from corn masa tortillas. Fast friendly service! It’s a must stop when I see them in town for sure! Double thumbs up for me. Photo is 3 empanadas. With a side of lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese.
