One guy is ALWAYS rude. Won’t own up to a mistake. I said NO rice on my meal just veggies. So I asked for a separate plate to not have the rice. His response was YOU DIDN’T SAY NO RICE. So I told him yes I did. He said no you didn’t. So I asked for a plate to get the rice off my plate and he stands up there laughing.

Other reviewers are correct. The place is far from clean - floors, tables, and ceiling tiles are disgusting. You can watch them preparing the food which is excellent. Their mayonnaise sauce is good and their hot sauce is fantastic. They are quick and courteous. With just a little effort, this place could be rated excellent.

Had a little mix-up with my drive-thru order, but the Paris team handled it amazingly! They were super apologetic, quickly remade the food, and even gave me a voucher without me asking. Everyone makes mistakes, what really matters is how you handle them, and this team handled it with professionalism and kindness. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes. Sushi was the worst I have ever had i am pregnant and asked if they make it there and I was told yes when we got it yuck... it was soggy which means it was dethawed before given to us if I was told it was frozen there I wouldn't have eaten there at all. The other food was ok don't recommend eating there

They need to put a sign up for sauce cups they tried to charge me when I was walking out with my order and said I can only 2 for my order so he took the other 2 I made myself so they should tell the customer instead of the adutude from the employee but would have payed for it

This place has quite possibly the WORST customer service as far as restaurants in the Loris area goes. The food is usually ok, but between the customer service, the cleanliness, and the refusal to accommodate? Save your money and spend it elsewhere. There have been more than one occasion where I've asked for an order to be made a certain way? And they'll just absolutely refuse to make an order the way that you asked for it to be made... Even though I'm PAYING for the food to be prepared, and would like it the way that I asked for it to be made. Don't waste your time or your money at Tokyo. Just hit one of the nicer restaurants in the town of Loris!!
