Tonight around 1:15 I went through the drive through and I received the worst customer service ever. If it would have been busy then I would have understood but no only 2 cars in the drive through and one was mine. I don’t write reviews but this I can’t let go because this is not the first time I’ve had this kind of service with the same employee! I could barely order my food because she was rushing me.. I said I wanted the biggie meal the double stack.. she says’ is that it’ then i said does a drink come with it.. she did say yes and I told her what drink I wanted she said is that it.. i said please no cheese and no pickles on my burger she said is that it .. I was trying to tell her what else I wanted on the burger which was bacon she said is that it is that it is that it.. i said no I trying to give you my order.. I said I wanted regular nuggets not the spicy.. she told me it doesn’t come with the meal.. i said it days nuggets so finally gets to the window.. just rude and didn’t put the nuggets in the bag so had to go back and tell her to check because the biggie meal comes with nuggets so then she gave me my nuggets!! Idk who that lady is but everyone I told knew exactly who I was talking about! Please Wendy’s let me know when she is no longer working at this location so I can return because I do like the food!! Oh and let’s not forget.. she put cheese and pickles on my burger!! I didn’t check because it wasn’t busy or anything so i just don’t see a reason why she got my order wrong..so yes it’s 1/29/2026 at 1:14am !! So very disappointed!! I did eat the burger because I was hungry but I didn’t enjoy it because I had to scrape away some of cheese.. as much as i could get off and removed the pickles but what I asked her for i didn’t get and that was onions! She probably would have gotten my order right if she would’ve listened instead of repeatedly asking me is that it!!

we waited 47 minutes for our food. we opened it right then and it was cold as could be. the only thing that was barely warm was 1 pack of fries. all burgers and chicken sandwiches were cold. and to top it off I didn't even get my baconator I ordered. I got a lettuce filled onion filled 1 piece of meat with 2 half a piece of bacon that was full of fat burger. the bun was so hard it literally cracked in two when I picked it up. I refuse to drive 15 miles to spend $ 60 on a Friday night ever again to get COLD JUNK definitely not fast food when you wait 47 minutes for not even what you ordered. If I had gone in to get our correct order I would have lost it and it wasn't the cashier's fault! He was polite and kind. He did keep coming out apologizing for the wait. This is still unacceptable! You lost a loyal customer! Even the asigo chicken sandwich was cold. The double was a single. At least the salad was cold like it should have been. The drink were watered down and we had to go in to get out mango/ pineapple drink we never received.

The manager (white male with glasses) was completely rude to my family (3). We enter the lobby at 9:46 to use the rest room and order food after being in a car with a toddler for the last 3.5 hours. He stopped me after I enter the lobby and would not allow me to enter stating the lobby was closed (posted closure time is 10). I asked to take my toddler to the restroom. He proceeded to yell at me and threatened to call the cops. I would suggest all to take their business elsewhere.

Horrible! This is the 3rd time I have found hairs in my salad! And on top of that the chicken sandwiches are always grainy and hard to chew. The employees are rude at the window and always have an attitude. The tea is watered down all the time and they ask you to pull up at the window every time and make you wait on your food. They also ALWAYS get your order wrong or forget something.

Ordered No.1 single cheese, bacon lettuce tomato and mayo. Burger was underdone by far fries were good, coke was watered down. Double stack biggie bag. Burger more done but not tasty. Fries not as hot as hubby’s. Very disappointing. Girl at window seemed frustrated.
The tea was bad for one so I tried to get a coke and that was a hassle. Two she said she was too busy to make any changes to the order which was just to make it a meal. Honestly just unprofessional if you want to stay open past 8 pm in Loris

The restaurant was clean enough. I've never been a big fan of Wendy's. My wife wanted something so I decided I would get a burger too. Neither of us liked it at all. Their Baconator was a rip off. It had 3 of the smallest pieces of bacon I had ever seen.

Only one in Drive Through, order still wrong. Ask for a son of baconator, was even repeated back correct order. Was told Drive forward for total. Drove forward gave them my card was not told amount, but I have ordered the same order hundreds of time, so didn't think about it. Was given my drink and waited for my food, took a little, even joked about Drive Through Time. When I got the food, notice I did not have my card back, was about to ask and then was handed it with no receipt. Left with no thought, got home, 20 min away in Nichols. Wife says why the food cost so much more. She saw the charge... I check led the bag notice it was a triple burger, I guess that is what I was charged for. Could not eat it, it was to big couldn't get it in my mouth. What a waste a food ...... 😒
