Terrible service! Worker tried to lie and say that they were missing breast pieces even though they had them! Wanted to replace breast with one leg but magically gave the two breast pieces they had once I raised my concern! This level of lies and games shouldn’t be played at all! Never again!

Today is the 18th of Nov. i just went thru the drive thru and i ordered a 12 piece meal the lady told me i couldn’t get all legs i could get 2 of everything thighs 2 wings, 2 breast and 2 legs . I told her i don’t want that . That is not what i ordered My money should pay for whatever I want. That is bad business. It shouldn’t matter whether it is day or night the business is not closed so the employees should prepare it. They just didn’t want to cook fresh chicken . I went to KFC .I can get what I want there.

I ordered a spicy chicken filet biscuit. Was surprised when I got it and it had egg and cheese on it, but OMG it was so good!! The BoRounds were fresh, hot and crispy. So good!

Dining room was closed early so we utilized the drive thru, where we were greeted by an automated system - that system also took our order, what little it said was available. It took quite some time to order because multiple items were "unavailable" more than 2 hours before closing. When we arrived at the window we were told the fryer and the grill were already cleaned and shut down. The food we received was not hot and rather disappointing. My kids didn't want to finish their portions because it was "cold." The staff seemed friendly enough, but they were very ready to leave well before closing time.

This location is using AI to take your order at the drive thru instead of a human. The problem is this AI is not very intelligent. After I placed my order and pulled up to the window the lady asked me what I ordered, what size I ordered, and what I wanted for my drink, even after giving all of this info to the AI order taker. Even though I ordered a medium drink, I was charged for a large. Also, I was given french fries with my order when I wanted Bo rounds. After I explained to the nice lady at the window I wanted Bo rounds she quickly retrieved some for me. Then, a manager came up behind her and rudely said that if I now have my correct order I need to move on because I was holding up her line. Excuse me? Your line was being held up because your stupid AI does not work. No apology or nothing. Just rudeness.

Parking: This location is connected to a gas station, so they have shared parking in a not so large lot. Luckily, most folks are in and out!
These chicken tenders are several days old. Dried up. Black. Not edible. And 4 out of the five are the size of chicken nuggets. Had to pull back around to get the extra sauce I paid for. $33 to not get fresh food is WILD. I called and the manager said I could bring them all the way back and the receipt for a refund. I had to evacuate flordia so this was the icing on the cake!

My first time trying Bojangles since my home state doesn't have any. Chicken dinner was amazing not oliy fried to perfection. We ordered a few menu items which were awesome. Staff & manager were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location for great food & friendly service.
Food inedible, bacon egg cheese sandwich inedible. Overcooked! Fries too salty. Not the first time getting overcooked food there. Won't go back.

I love bojangles. I Eat it every morning. some days the bo rounds are so soggy tho , not done all the way. But boy when they are good an crispy you could almost go back twice 😂😂😂😂 An they do have the best TEA 😏 If only they could tighten that breakfast crew up they’d make Hardee’s line shorter 😘

Purchased through drive thru 2 chicken supreme snacks (one with French fries) and a tea and was charged $23. Neither box had the 4 chicken strips, just 2 small bite size pieces and we did not order fries with each. When I called after seeing our order was wrong, one of the managers said "no one's perfect." Because it was too inconvenient to turn around, go back and get our money back, we just won't stop there again.

Went through the drive thru at 8:50pm, unfortunately the chicken tenders were served raw. I called the store back to inform them of the issue. The employee answering the phone was very dismissive of the issue and lacked any empathy towards the guest experience. She did offer to provide a refund only if I drove back to lugoff to do so.
