I ordered 2 med bo rounds and a chicken biscuits. Was told I have to pay 39 cent per ketchup or mustard. After I already paid by a rude woman that didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I've never been anywhere where I couldn't get a single packet of sauce after spending 10$ on food there.
By far the one of the more stupid things I've heard in a while.
But if you don't want to deal with that nonsense the pilot across the street from this location has ketchup and mustard out for your taking. And their food is definitely cheaper

Someone must have stumped their toe when they seasoned these fries today. I agree with my coworkers statement. Also when I order a #1 with no bread off the breakfast menu. The total shouldn't be 11.53. That $1.72 up-charge because I don't want to throw away a perfectly good product is just ridiculous.

Stopped in for breakfast on Sunday, my husband’s sausage gravy biscuit was milk gravy and a sausage patty over a biscuit. Gravy tasted like paste! At 9:30 in the morning, they had only 2 cups of cold coffee. We were not even given the option to dine in. This place sucks and so does the food. Definitely go across the road to Hardee’s, coffee’s hot, service was friendly and they don’t mind if you dine in!!!!

Tried Bojangles for the first time and it was a solid experience all around. We ordered the 4-piece chicken tenders and the chicken sandwich—both were flavorful and crispy, with just the right amount of seasoning. The tenders were juicy and had a nice crunch, and the sandwich was satisfying without being too heavy.
The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and it had a relaxed, Southern-style vibe that matched the food well. Service was also great—friendly and efficient, with our food coming out hot and fresh in good time.
Overall, Bojangles delivered a tasty meal and a good experience. Would definitely come back when I’m in the mood for some Southern comfort food.

The service staff does not know how to communicate well. When they were asked about Southern StylebChicken, they did not know what it was. They did not ask what was meant. They instead handed a 86 year old woman a spicy chicken sandwich. It is okay to ask questions when you don't understand.
When you asked for a sandwich with no mayonnaise you expect to get a sandwich with no mayonnaise when you ask for no biscuit you expect to get no biscuit I have yet to place an order and get what I asked for or should I say to not get what I asked to be omitted

They close early. I’m a trucker and can’t go into the drive thru. It’s 8:45pm on a Wednesday and the doors are locked up. Cars are in the drive thru and I’m asking the young lady if I can place an order, just for her to ignore me completely. So close early, bad customer service. It’s a no for me going forward. Even if she couldn’t take my order, don’t ignore me.
