How does this place stays open is beyond me. Service is slow most of the time. Workers look like inmates. They lost my thousands of dollars of business with poor customer service. The workers act like they don't want to be there.

Love Burger King but the workers seemed high on something (including manager) I had to tell them 3 times what I wanted and they still got the order wrong. Ended up just getting a refund because I wouldn’t trust them handling my food they seemed slow or high and unclean.

I have no review except that the order taker came to the window and asked me to wait a second and never returned to serve me or give an explanation for the delay while other customers also drove away due to their disappointment of the lack of service. 12/15/2024@ 4:30pm

Takes a crazy long time to get your food, no matter what time of day. Rude employees and I work in the food industry, so I would know. The lies that I have been told for why it takes so long, or why an item was forgotten are crazy!

Sat for over 20 minutes waiting just to put my order in at the window
Saw a staff member peek and then looked like they tried to hide.
There were people in front of me waiting to pick up a door dash order that had been waiting 20 minutes prior to us being there and someone behind me waiting to take their order too.
Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable Service. Will be reaching out to management!

I have visited two mornings this week at the drive thru and I have to say that the gentleman at the drive thru ( I believe his name is Robert) had the best customer service, I have experienced in some time. He had the most positive pleasant greeting and attitude. We could definitely use more people like him in the businesses we frequent. Awesome personality and great job Robert!

Good note prolly the cleanest BK ever!
Negatively I wish the staff wouldn't make every order to go and would give dine in trays to carry our food
Why are staff stingy with ketchup packets ?
Ive watched staff touching parts of the kitchen like the sinks while wearing gloves but then not change gloves
The day shift staff is vry nice and courteous the late shift is not and even a little scatterbrained when filling orders

Took them almost 3 full minutes to get the order I placed to the window just to pay. Didn't get a receipt, didn't get the sauce I was supposed to or even straws. They are incredibly slow and not training their people properly.
