Do NOT go thru the drivethru. You will get screwed. I purchased large iced tea with no ice with my order. The tea taste like water(not brewed long enough or mixed incorrectly). I called when I got home to report and the lady thanked me for letting her know, however made NO OFFER TO CORRECT THE MATTER. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

we had a pickup order of 2 kids meals on wednesday evening. within hours of eating, both myself and my child were soooo sick with food poisoning! we both stayed up nearly night from vomiting so frequently. unsure if we had old food or what happened, we had the chicken tenders, okra, shrimp, and mac and cheese.

My son and I went for dinner on Saturday 10/4 /25 I ordered 3 piece fish they had no green beans my son ordered a sampler they had no chicken went to get tea no tea sweet or unsweetened Service was terrible didn't ask if we needed condiments etc one couple left because Noone would wait on them they were all in the back and chairs on the tables and it was only 7 pm I usually like this ace but I don't knw. Not really pleased at all

Service was good but the food was horrible, all the tables were dirty. After cleaning a table the food was delivered to the table to find they had no straws for large cups, no cocktails sauce. No paper towels. The trash cans were full so plates and trash had to be left on the table. The food was horrible we just left it.

Ordered and when the food came (doordash). The order was wrong. They were missing 3 drinks and 3 orders of shrimp. I called the door dash driver and all she said was sorry. So I drove to captain ds and they refused to give me 3 orders of shrimp because they were out. Apparently according to the manager they did not recieve their shrimp shipment. I asked for a refund on the shrimp he said I would have to take that up with door dash. I asked for my 3 drinks and the manager refused to give my drinks. He said the order was closed and if the door dash driver forgot them then it was on door dash and not them. He then went on to say they did have fried shrimp but I couldn't have those either since the order was closed and we would've had to substitute them for the grilled shrimp prior to the driver getting the order. IF WE COULD ONLY HAVE HAD THE ABILITY TO READ MINDS AND SEE INTO THE FUTURE I GUESS WE COULD HAVE DONE THAT.
Would definitely recommend me and my husband really enjoyed it the food was fresh all the lady's working were very pleasant place was very clean even though they were busy they were able to get people seated and overall great customer service and great food can't wait to go again!

I went through the drive thru 9-14-25. I waited for about 20 from the time I ordered until I got my food. I found out that 1 person was working the counter and the drive thru. They was very nice. I'm not blaming them they were working. The food was not good. I ordered 4 Stuffed Crabs, battered fried Okra, and Funnel Sticks. They must have poured a whole container of salt on them. The crabs was not all the way done and the Funnel sticks was to done. I know that it's because they was short on help.

i came in a few days ago and the young lady named Sydney took me and my husbands order. she was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. while we were eating i saw her taking out trash, cleaning the tables, and making tea. i also saw her switching between the kitchen and front counter. she is always willing to help out someone.

I always got there and today was the worst time I have ever had. My order was not right at all. The young Lady up front was not trying to get the order right she just walked away and ask for her manager. I don't usually write something bad but I was so upset that I took the food. But I didn't even want it anymore 😕 I always have a great time there but not this time 😔 please next time try to work with a person a little better than last time. I saw a lot of things that just wanted right ✅️ 😕 you never no who is in your place of business so treat everyone right at all times.
