I utilized the drive thru and while the order was taken promptly, as was the customer behind me, I sat at the window for 20 minutes before a 2nd employee took my money, and another 20 or so before I got my 2 fish and fry plates, after a 3rd employee asked if I had paid yet before procuring my food. Upon receiving said food I let the young gal at the window know that the red truck behind me left, so they might want to ask the next person in line what they ordered so as not to hand...

When I got home I noticed that they made a big mistake with my order. I called them and they made it right! Went back the next day and they redid the order for me. I appreciate the great customer service at Captain D's!! Kudos to Rico.

Got 2 battered fish filets. They were delicious, & the staff was very nice. My only complaint is that it cost over$7.00 for 2 fish filets. The same exact thing used to cost less than $4.00. Sorry, but unless you go down on the price, I won't be eating there again. Not everyone is going to fall for "that's just the way it is now". Um, no. You always have a choice.
