They sell wings. Can get them smothered in sauce or “regular” (no breading). Regular is actually on the menu, mind you. I didn’t ask for something specially tailored. I say that because I got regular & came to see that apparently the sauce I skipped is the full flavor. They didn’t bother adding any seasoning whatsoever. Not even a grain of salt. They were served piping hot, perfectly cooked, but bland as all hell.

Place is small but the food was excellent. I ordered what I'll call a seafood platter. It was fried to perfection! Not greasy at all had a great flavor. Family owned and operated I assume and the staff were kind and attentive. I'll be back. Go check it out.

Ordered the seafood platter. There was no calamari or octopus. It was all deep fried and way to tough to eat. The mussels were so hard I couldn't fork them. The shrimp was breaded but the shell was still on them. It was $24 in the trash. 2nd, the Aeropuerto didn't have any beef or tomatoes in it.

This place is awesome and was well worth a 50 minute drive to check it out. Highly recommend. Definitely try the lomo saltado if you’ve never had it or Peruvian food. One of my all time favorite dishes. The Jalea was really good after adding the sides and some lime juice on top (at home). It was a massive amount of seafood. The pescado a La macho was the bomb. I’d definitely get that again. The waitress was very nice and helpful as well. We will be back!

I wish I could give Chaufa Line more than 5 stars; it is unbelievable. If you live in Columbia and think Lugoff is too far to take a chance: it is absolutely worth the drive. It is so unassuming from the outside, but the staff is always helpful and friendly. There are not many tables, but I'd wait all afternoon if I had to. This place is an absolute gem, and I hope Lugoff knows it. There is nothing quite like Peruvian food, and I've been in love with it ever since I tried it. Ceviche has a beautiful balance of tart, sweet, savory, and mildly spicy. The Lomo Saltado is strips of beef with onions and rice, but it is cooked in some blend of seasonings that makes it unique. TRY IT.
