Came to Elizabeth City cookout. Order not made right the first time around. Ordered a single burger and a double. The single had more meet than the double. The hamburger didn’t even cover the bun. Had more bun than meat. Go to wipe out hands. And no napkins given. Tighten up.

I went to the walk up window and everybody acted as if though they didn't see me there. I Had to finally nock on the window where I was told that it's better if I go through the drive-thru bc they are busy with an attitude.. long story short! Crappy customer service!

My family and I have ordered from Cook Out several times. The order is only right 40% of the time. If you take your food back, they look at you like you are crazy for wanting what you ordered done correctly. Two times the person taking the order has been very rude. The management doesn’t care or fix any problems. It’s sad because Lugoff needs more variety.

Apparently when you order a vanilla milkshake they put soft serve in a cup without mixing it into a milkshake consistency bc “in order to make a milkshake you have to have something to mix into it” which is crazy ti me bc I could’ve swore you mix milk with ice-cream to make a milkshake.

The young lady working the drive thru window made us feel very rushed and bothersome....with her, "Is that all," statement after every item I ordered. And when u have a large family to feed, you tend to have a large order. So after hearing "Is that all," 500 TIMES you start feeling like you are interrupting her or that you are being rushed to hurry up and order. It's just not a very welcoming feeling... but THE FOOD WAS GREAT! Way better than Cook Out in Rock Hill for sure!!!
