Customer service, food, and prices are mid. Not to be expected, but no frills. Cookout used to be decent. For a newer location, the food is subpar. My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. Sometimes you can tell at all restaurants if they fix your food in a hurry but the ones we got this time could have been in a magazine. Both our hamburger's and the onion rings were perfect also.
