My husband ordered a #2, only cheese and ketchup with large fries and his drink choice. The cashier made a huge scene. Couldn’t figure out what buttons to push to “take off the special sauce” - there is none on the burger to begin with. Had to call over her manager for an over ride. The manager woman loudly blamed my husband for “not knowing what he wanted and holding up the line”. He knew exactly what he wanted, ordered it clearly with sizes included, they couldn’t work the register. When he went back to the counter to ask for ketchup the same manger lady said very loudly “obviously he doesn’t know there’s ketchup on the counter over there”. Newsflash- it was out. He is a very mild mannered man, he simply ate and left. The blatant rudeness is inexcusable. Learn customer service or get in another line of business.

I have consistent issues with not getting the right food, or missing items from this location.
Today, I was missing a chicken wrap, and the ones I got were the wrong flavor.
Tried calling the number they provide for issues, and it hangs up on me.
It's getting real tiring having to double check to make sure I get the food I actually paid for instead of being literally robbed.

Hardee's is my fast food of choice for breakfast on the go. The service here is good but has a limited staff at times. Drive thru is quick and efficient, with rarely an item missing from your order.
Parking: Plenty of parking but depending on what side of US 601 you are traveling on, it can be a headache with traffic to access restaurant.
Cashier looked to be new but listening skills were horrible . She overcharged me.if you need help just say that. The food was good tho

Employees not friendly, food was so disgusting it wasn’t even edible. Chicken biscuit was burnt. And I don’t know why all the other food tasted funny. It was so bad we didn’t even get to eat it.
Hardees in Lugoff use to be a lot better place to eat. I am very disappointed with the service and the food quality.

me and my coworker went here for our lunch break we walked up to the counter to place our and she was like mean face then we place our order she said that she will be glad when the $ 5.99 special is over that's all everyone wants WoW !!!! go our food went to get napkins then she says that why she don't full the napkins because people always getting them the funny thing is I know the manager i will let her know about this

20 minutes before closing and they were already counting down the drawers and cleaning. Refused to take my order. I sat in the drive through for at least 10 minutes. 5+ at the speaker and another 5+ at the window. The cashier saw me. Looked directly at me and refused to acknowledge me or come to the window. Money laid out on the counter from the registers. There were multiple cars in line. We all left.
