Stopped in for lunch on a road trip. Got a cheeseburger and some chicken tenders. Cheeseburger had a flame-grilled taste to it. Tenders were ok.

This place never has enough employees to serve their customers. It's always a wait anytime of the day. And the employees that are there are kind of rude and very low speaking.

The lady with the dread locks in her hair that works in the morning has horrible customer service she was very nasty to my family and I my dad just left dialysis and was hungry and she was so rude to him and I she needs more training on customer service

Whoever was in the drive thru at 10am today with dirty braids, an ashy face, and an attitude - she should get another job. If you can’t at least look clean and presentable as I wait in line twenty minutes for cold food, at least have a pleasant attitude. She was rude at the order box and at the window. This why I don’t eat out much. Three large orders of cold hash browns and had to beg for jelly

I have eaten at a lot of Hardees. It is my favorite restaurant after all. I usually get a Monster burger...thats my number 1 choice. The gentlemen that made it did an exqusite job. Best monster I ever had. The counter people were also nice. I dont expect people to be at my beck and call, because they have jobs to do. I didnt mind waiting a few extra minutes, because quality takes time. I appreciate they took the time to prepare great food for me and my wife.
Stop being entitled assholes. You want good food. Wait for it.
