The KFC in Lugoff is a hit or miss. KFC's chicken overall has changed drastically for the worse over the years. All the locations I have visited has been a disappointment and a waste of money. The location in Lugoff has the worse crispy chicken. The crispy still has the batter under the skin. They need to train the cook on properly battering and frying crispy chicken.

Corn was old and very difficult to eat..I asked for my money back and the manager never apologized, or if there was anything she could do to correct it! I even said thank you for your help and she never acknowledged me! Food was mediocre, took a longtime to receive it, and yesterday’s visit confirmed I’ll never be back!

Went to this location in the drive thru to grab some lunch. They got my order incorrect. I went inside to get it corrected. The manager that was working corrected my order but when he gave it to me he kind of threw the bag at me. Which was very rude. Never had am issue with this location until then.

This is the best KFC I've ever been to. It was clean, and the manager was friendly. The food was hot and delicious. No other KFC told us Wednesday special.

So we get food every so often and have never been charged for sauces! So a few bad apples make this possible, or staff are handing them out to freely. Why can you get an 8 piece chicken with sides and have to pay for sauces??? Unacceptable KFC….

Very nice cashier welcomed us as soon as we walked in, smiled throughout our entire visit. She just seemed like the nicest lady. Food was quick and fresh. Very good. Another staff member, young man that was on the line preparing food saw me walk up for a to go box and immediately asked how he could help, also very nice demeanor. Seems like a very nice staff all around. If I could rate them a 10 I would for sure
