Lugoff House of Pizza & Subs

The food & service is amazing!! The salad bar is my favorite!! So so good! I highly recommend!!

This has become a regular stop on my way through. I have tried a different meal every time and enjoyed it all.

I have used their online ordering system in the past with no issues, however my latest experience was horrible. After placing my online order I went to pick it up and arrived after they said it was ready, when I arrived they said they were waiting on my lasagna to which I said I didn’t order a lasagna which they should of known since they repeated my order back to me when I arrived. So long story short they claimed my order was still missing an item and when the manager came over my order was sitting by the register for 20 minutes, this is completely unacceptable.

Used to love this place. This time was it for me, second time they did not put any sauce on the pizza. Overloaded the pizza with way too much cheese and had to stick the pizza in the oven because the crust was not cooked all the way. Called and sat on hold to speak with manager for ten minutes. Called back the same lady answered and said no manager was present during peak lunch hour. I guess I’m not the only one because when I was picking up my order a lady was demanding a refund on her pizza for the same reason. If you can’t even cook a pizza correctly, why do own a pizza joint!

We have eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal. Prices are reasonable and the selections available are numerous.
If you can not find something you like on the menu you probably need to just stay home.

The pizza was over done. Very dry. We usually have a good experience with the pizza. I am not sure what was wrong tonight but my husband and I both said it was horrible. It really got to be not edible. Tasted like cardboard.

I kid you not, it had the best atmosphere I have ever seen at a restaurant. Either I came at a very good day or all the workers just genuinely enjoy their job, serving and everything. It seemed like everyone knew one another but in a welcoming way. The food was incomparable as well. It has a good variety but clearly doesn't take away from their specialties. Especially good for those who like hot subs, because all of them are served hot.

I am a missionary for my church and my companion and i decided to go. I got a sub with ham and roast beef and it was just delicious! Our waiter was so cool and kind! Somebody (we dont know who) paid for us! I would definitely recommend if you like good food and awesome waiters!
