Extremely poor service. 2 Saturdays in a row attempting mobile order and pickup. It's like they don't even start working on your order until you arrive. And when you do finally arrive what is supposed to be a 2-5 minute process turna into a 25-30 minute ordeal ... usually reminding them you've been there waiting a long time. Hey owner - please find a new manager to run this location.

Did not get my mobile order that I placed at 7:07 am on 12/26/25.when I got to the store and parked in the mobile spot at 7:22 am, I entered my spot # and received a message back on the app that it was being prepared and would be brought to me shortly. After 10 min I drove around to the window and was told they had my order but the store didn't open until 8 am. There was no signage anywhere or on the app that the store wouldn't open until 8. I would like to talk to someone about this unacceptable and very poor service plus get my refund processed. Please let me know how to safely give you my contact info

Service could be better at certain times. Poor service leads to poor communication and that causes messed up orders. Anytime Jessica or Marcus is working it's always good. Other times it's hit or miss. Being forced to use the Kiosk sucks btw JS

This place is a joke. The manager Tameka is a legit liar. They gave my door dash order to someone else then refused to remake it. And then told my dasher they never received the order. And yall want $20 an hour. Rudest manager is have ever spoken to. Definitely NOT who you want running your business. Oh you need to take it up with door dash. No its not a door dash issue when you get the order, give it to the wrong person and then lie and say you never received order. And then refuse to make it right. How about do your job.

We ordered burgers, fries and iced coffee. We specifically ordered 6 splenda in one and 8 in the other. We taste our drinks too see which is which only to find out neither one of them has ANY splenda at all!! We got it to go. I'm pretty sure we WILL NEVER return.

Staff never acknowledged us, and ignored us when we asked for a cup for our coffee. Were completely rude and not customer friendly. We will never go here again!

This was terrible, my snake wrap was uncooked. The employees here don't have a good management team. Not held to a standard. Got people over her walking around that need to pull up there pants. My food was also incorrect. Nasty. Dang now when someone else has a complaint he tells this lady and she says im off the clock. This needs to be fixed.

The people here are getting nastier and nastier by the day. Lady at the drive thru today between 11:30 and 12 was extremely rude, wouldn’t let me get a word out and slammed the window in my face when I was trying to explain why my curbside order wasn’t working on the app. If you hate your job that bad, quit or get a real job.
