slow, slow, extremely slow and was not busy. after taking 25 minutes to get the order it wasn't even my order. The bathroom and lobby were not clean or stocked. when I got my food it was cold. when told it was cold they would not do anything to fix the issue.

Everyone knows McDonald starts serving lunch at 10:30 apparently the staff needs to be retrained never had an issue before roll up 10:44 to get a simple lunch combo the menu reflects that there serving lunch but the lady tells me there still serving breakfast till 11 like wtf fix ur menus and post it on the door how the heck are u not serving lunch at 10:30 i bet money if i drove to the one on Clemson rd at 10:30 ill get my lunch no problem never coming back here

I know not to expect the best out of McDonalds to begin with, but this business has no work ethic. Twice now, I have been in the drive thru line for 30 mins or more waiting on a single mobile order meal with 4 cars in front of me. The drive thru should be pushed before clearing their window line, but their priorities are not where they should be. Guests should not be waiting this long on fast food. Ridiculous.

Just went through the drive-through at 7:30 AM ordered an egg McMuffin meal with no Canadian bacon. It was the worst McDonald’s breakfast I’ve ever had. There’s no excuse for this horrible quality. It was not busy, I was the only one there. The English muffin was hard as a rock, You could feel it through the wrapper how hard it was, So it’s not like they gave this food out on accident. I took that off to just eat the egg and cheese on top of my hash brown, but then bit into the egg and it was green with something black in it so I just spit it all out my whole breakfast is ruined. I will not come here again. I’m very disappointed. I’m traveling and I usually stop at McDonald’s for the same breakfast and I’ve never had this bad experience before. I was about to go down to the next McDonald’s on my road trip, but I think I’m gonna try Burger King this time. For the manager of the store, my order number is 1381
