This is by far the best MacDonalds in the area. Today I got lunch from the drive-through and was treated well. The lady was so pleasant when I picked up my food. The young man thanked me for my order and then I ate the best big Mac meal I’ve had in a long time.

I realize that you work fast food for a reason...but that's not the customers fault, so when you wait on customers don't do it with a crabby attitude. You're where you are because of your choices, not your customers choices. The attitude will keep you there and your whole life will be as bad as your attitude.

I’m here this morning and your employees have the worst attitude possible. I’m not sure who is working the window this Sunday morning, but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. Then she accidentally left her speaker on talking to someone else and I could hear everything she was saying about me That is so unprofessional. I really wish people that worked with other people would be a little nicer but when you guys hire people, you should really look at their attitudes and if you don’t wanna work with people, don’t get a job with the public and the amount of time it takes when there’s only one car in the drive-through for someone to have to sit 10 minutes is ridiculous. It’s like they’re slow and they don’t care.

We usually have a good experience. Sometimes the coffee or ice-cream is down. Our order is usually always made right. Some of the staff have great and friendly personalities. Drive through flows.
The place is clean but the service is yet to be desired the staff there need to learn about customer service which they do not have the wait time is almost rediculous and some of the staff are not customer friendly

Drive thru is slow as molasses. Why have 2 drive thru when one side take multiple orders before serving the other side. Why have mobile app order when you still waiting 10+ in drive thru.

Every McDonalds is a hit or a miss. They are not dependable like some other fast food places. You never know what you're going to get relating to service or food. It can go from excellent to poor in just a couple of visits. We pass McDonalds by because we just can't depend on them. I personally have never had any problems with personnel. They are 100% friendly on every visit.
