I would not recommend this Scooter’s Coffee location if you have any dietary restrictions. They cannot be trusted to take them seriously. I even emailed them about this issue once before, and it still happened again. That kind of disregard is not only dismissive, it’s dangerous for people with health conditions. And honestly, for a $9 cup of coffee, you expect much better.

The coffee is good, however I asked for a sugar free coffee and even double checked when she gave it to me. My mom is a diabetic and her sugar went above 300 after drinking, what we were promised was sugar free. This is very dangerous and the employees need to do better and be sure they use the correct flavoring.

3/1625, 830am. Pouring rain. The girl was pleasant at the speaker, and at the windows with a smile, appreciated! Got a med regular coffee, 2 creams, 1 sugar, she nailed it! It was a great cup of coffee! Thanks!!

Hi, this was our first time here, and we're super bummed. My husband got a peanut butter protein smoothie; he could only drink half because half of it was icy and totally unblended. I got a matcha latte, and even though I asked for extra matcha, it tasted like warm milk—no matcha at all! We ended up tossing both drinks.

This location is not good. My coffee always seems rushed and watered down and the girls seem to have an attitude when I want it remade. I had one girl tell me that she could not throw my coffee in the trash because they couldn’t take it back through the window for health and safety reasons (understandable). However another time the girl asks me “Can I have it back to throw it away” after I asked for my drink to be remade.. and then moments later comes to the window with my “new” drink. I guess I’m an idiot.. she obviously added to that one because I said it was flavorless. So slack!!
