The entire crew always greets me with a smile, and are eager to assist me with getting the perfect pick me up! The teas are to die for, the parfaits and smoothie bowls are always refreshing and filling, and the donuts on Thursdays really make you feel like you are getting a treat, but are guilt free. You could not ask for a more fun and inviting environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Sadly, this is an MLM in disguise. This is not a nutrition shop, it’s Herbalife, a well-known MLM that has been proven multiple times to contain many ingredients that are harmful to the liver and kidneys. In speaking with the person working the day I stopped in there is no formal education of diet, nutrition, or the ingredients they’re serving. Do yourself and your body a favor and stay away from this MLM masquerading as a health and nutrition shop.
