I have started eating my burgers plain. Well, they made my burger with lettuce and ketchup, so I took it back. They made it right the second time, and it was the best burger I have ever eaten at Sonic.

Hear me now; when a customer orders a plain hamburger, nothing on it, there IS ZERO NEED TO MAKE YOURSELF SOUND IGNORANT BY ASKING, "SO, NO CHEESE?" If they order a cheeseburger, cheese comes on that. You don't have to ask if thye want cheese. Spent $54 bucks today, and needless to say, the food wasn't fit for a dog. This is the 1st or 3rdbtime these lames have knowingly taken advantage of me and my children. This is about number 10 on the list of how miserably you all fail at your job. I will starve to death before I ever allow another red debt Tobe wasted I. Your very substandard excuse for a restaurant. ?

The workers during the don’t even care to mix up a slushy anymore, I bought 2 rout 44 slushy and both of them came with the flavoring unmixed and my son asked for extra nerds and they said they did but it was all at the bottom of the cup as well as the flavoring, the tops of my slushys where white and I ordered cherry and grape slushys. These kids need to work harder and stop showing up to work high

Everything was fine until I told the young lady that the tater tots was cold if you came back she really didn't give me a new one she just gave went back and got some out of the tray that was real greasy so I'll be back there no more

My husband and I stopped by the Sonic in Lugoff today. After deciding what we wanted to order, my husband pressed the intercom button. Instead of asking us what we wanted, all we could hear was laughing and talking. They never responded. We kept trying to get their attention. Nothing. Too busy having a party. We got disgusted and left. Never again will we go to the Sonic in Lugoff. Those people need to be supervised. This happened at 4:15 pm.

I have frequently visited this place for many years and overall have good experiences. I happened to try a new drink that I felt like had been made incorrectly. The lead on staff was super kind and promptly remade my drink without any complaint. Thank you Cindy (I believe that was her name) for your great service and attitude!!
