The young girls on 8/19 thought it would be funny to overload the chili on the tots bc I backed up and reminded them they forgot the chili. They had horrible attitudes. This was for a child and she got physically sick. How cruel do you have to be?

Had the worst most unprofessional experience at this Sonic tonight. Literally sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. We ordered two ice creams and a drink. We weren’t upset about the wait and we remained patient because I know how it can be sometimes working in the restaurant business. What really got to me is when we told her we were missing something and she asked a follow up question and my husband is deaf in one ear so he asked “what?” because he couldn’t hear her well. She then asked the question again and he answered. She then proceeded to shut the window and I could hear her loudly cussing about him all because he didn’t hear her well the first time and she had to repeat herself. Was it really that much of an inconvenience for you to repeat yourself after we were more than patient with the amount of time we had to wait for two ice creams and a drink? My husband received his missing Cherry Limeade and he said it tasted horrible and not made properly.
We have never had much of an issue with this Sonic before but, from now on we will go somewhere else for our late night ice cream outings with our kids.

Went to sonic today the cashier put my order in wrong even though I asked is those the beef hotdogs you rung me up for she said yes but the price didn’t sound right so I got to the window asked again she said yes I got you for the chilly cheese coneys. Gave her my card she gave me the receipt she rung me up for the wrong thing. Ok fine so she gave me my change and comes back to the window they already made the footlongs can y’all take them. I told her no because the foot longs are pork we don’t eat pork. She went back for a while came back from the kitchen and they cut the hot dogs to fit the buns and gave them to us. I’m glad I looked in my bag before driving off. That is unacceptable you made a mistake so fix it don’t give me what you want and I’m paying my money!!!! The manager didn’t address it so no one cared and they all sat in there laughing like something was funny.

We love sonic but we just went there and I ordered a cherry limeade and my entire drink is nasty it taste like straight lime smh then the corn dog we ordered was literally burnt black and we took pictures of it. Y’all wouldn’t eat that so why serve it to people who are paying for dinner! It was literally us just throwing our money away. We didn’t notice until we got home so no I don’t feel driving all the way back up there!

Used to love eating here but the past 4 times have been a consistent disappointment. Three of those times my burger was so saturated in grease I couldn't come close to finishing. But the burger i got today was beyond unacceptable. It looked like it was served with extra grease, so bad that the entire bun was literally soaked in it. When I say soaked it was so much that the bun was glistening in it like a clear coat, even started draining from the wrapper. Tried to take a bite and it was disgusting. Imagine biting down on a water soaked sponge and that best describes a visual representation. I do hope this is fixed for future customers.
Don't reply with some number or link for me to report or escalate this problem because I won't. I will try to order food again in a few months and if the issue is gone, this review will be also.

Last time I liked the fries. This time they taste like the frying oil needs to be changed. I decided to try the chilly coney dog. Big mistake. And the medium fries is the size a a small or kids mea at other places. So sad. I had high hopes.

Should have told me you ran out of footlong hot dogs. Was wondering why the wieny didn’t taste right, they put 2 suck inch wieners in my hotdogs and I’m not sure what brand they were but I hated it ! 😭🤢

I was served by a white cashier with blonde hair and red nails. When I pulled up to the window she didn’t ask how I was just told me the total. I paid and she closed the window after giving me my food, Completely dismissing my drink. So I sat there and when she came back I said “you didn’t give me my drink, sorry” and she gave it to me before slamming the window shut. No have a good day or anything.
