The drive through is so convenient. Even when the inside is busy the wait isn't bad.
The way they make a sandwich is not worth ten dollars
Best subs I’ve seen so far. I dont know if she still work there , but she take time and my food the way it’s enjoyed to eat
I had the worst experience here! First of all the atmosphere is terrible. The service even worse. The manager there is unkempt and unsanitary with herself and the restaurant. She mistreats her workers and her customers. They never change gloves or wash their hands. And the manager Jeff on the pilot side never does any work and is also a rude person.

The young guy with the red hair needs to be retrained when it comes to making sub sandwiches and to know what light on the oil or salt means. Light means little of the substance or content. He does the exact opposite and puts too much on it. How is he going to get mad at me for telling him, you put too much oil on my sandwich when I said light on the oil, very light. Then he proceeds with getting an attitude and then takes it out on my sandwich by getting aggressive with closing it and wrapping it together with aggression as if I don't read and can't read body language. Boy, you got to be kidding me. I was going to tell him to take that same subway sandwich and stick it up his a$$. But I was the bigger person this time and continued the transaction because that's what adults do. I could have been like some people, who will have you make it and then tell you that's alright, I don't want it because of your attitude and tone. Then walk away. But I didn't do that. The other older guy did not do anything this time but he needs to be retrained too because he is too slow and doesn't know what goes on the sandwiches half the time. This is terrible and poor workmanship. Poor performance for subway employees. I hope the managers and upper management reads this and do something about this because people are spending their money and getting poor performance like this is unacceptable. Please retrain and hire new staff that have a positive attitude, and know how to make sandwiches with speed and good customer service. If this continues I am going to reach out to corporate and their legal team because this is causing me emotional distress. I will be compensated for it and have corporate get involved because the last thing they would want to deal with is legal problems paying money back. I highly recommend that you make a positive change. Don't just hire people because you know their family or good friends with them. Hire those who have good work ethics and are good with people. Hiring people you know because you know them will cost you in the end and cost the company money.

I have never written a Google review before but these employees deserved it. Both employees were polite and attentive. I have not had service this good anywhere in a long time. Service was on March 2 around 3 or 4pm.
I wanted a sub but not after I walked in!!!! I did not purchase food here...it looks unclean...especially the glass that the toppings and meat are in. Disgusting actually 🤢

My husband and I came in about 10:05 to a long line of folks trying to order and only Dakota was working the counter very patiently! I made the comment she worked great under pressure and she said there is one other guy there but he isn’t making sandwiches yet. He showed up at 10:18, cussing up a storm in front of customers Baxter she walked in the back to look for him!! He was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE WITH WORDS to Dakota. One guy walked out, so Subway lost business to him being rude. Dakota just kept being very polite, very calm much better than most would have been!!! I hope his attitude is addressed or Dakota finds a place to work that appreciates her! Absolutely unacceptable!!!
Need to retrain on portions.Customers shouldnt have to tell staff how much meat goes on a wrapFoot meat six cheese veggies- im a subway manager in a different state -
