I did an online order. When I got there my food was ready. They made sure all my condiments were in my bag. I ordered a Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt with hash browns topped with cheese and a side of cheesy grits. All imma say is the food was definitely on point. Thank yall for a hot and tasty breakfast 🙏🏽🤤😋💯🫶🏽I was only able to eat half of it🫣🤣

Greasy cups and spoons, awful coffee, extremely noisy from slamming dishes while stacking right in front of customers at the counter, not very cheerful when greeting, and very impersonal behind the counter as if they were working in the kitchen. The cost of a full breakfast was more than much better places, and such a nasty experience I left after tasting the coffee, paying, and went somewhere else for breakfast. I would give negative star ratings if I could, and they should be inspected by the health department and corporate.

My wife and I went into this location and I was looking forward to a waffle with strawberries on it, so I ordered a waffle with strawberries and when they brought it to me and sat it on the table it was just a waffle with some red looking flakes in the waffle. Me and my wife looked at each other like what the heck is that. This is a Waffle House, I expected to get real strawberries on my waffle, I was really disappointed and almost sent it back, but I was hungry so I ate it. The waffle itself was good but I didn't even really taste whatever that was they put into it. I will never ever order a blueberry or strawberry or any other kind of fruited waffle at the Waffle House, I thought they specialized in waffles, it's in their name

We are never disappointed when. We visit this location. It's normally a stop on our way to or home from Columbia.
My husband and I walked into the Waffle House around 11pm and all the tables that didn’t have people were dirty a filled with dishes. We were not greeted but one of the waitresses (thick lady about 5’4 with huge lashes) the same waitress just asks us if we are ordering to-go but doesn’t ask if we wanted to dine in. When we told her that we were dining in, she rolled her eyes and said that we can have the table she was standing behind. Then another white family comes in and I watched her roll her eyes an get more of a nasty attitude. While she asks questions about our drinks and food she will make eye contact with me and was being somewhat of a bitchy nice and the whole time she would talk to my husband she would roll her eyes, have a nasty tune in her voice and question my husbands choice of food and wouldn’t even look at him nor face herself to him to speak to him, but instead she would face her back to him and face me and speak to him and give a stank look in her face towards him. During our time there I was listening to her conversations with the black customers there and she was completely nice and sweet. But was short with us. When she gave us our food she would give me a bitchy smile and never addressed my husband nor look at him. She took forever to give our ticket to us and when we came up to the register, she gave me the same look and when she told us the price she rolled her eyes again to my husband and then look away with her chin up at him while we paid. We usually tip people even when they haven’t been good to us but this was completely uncalled for so we don’t tip her at all. The whole experience made me sick to my stomach and I could barely eat my food. I’ve never in my life had to make a review about a place to complain and usually wouldn’t. But the whole time we were there, we felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable and completely at uneased. My husband is white and I’m half white and Mexican, I’ve experienced this kind of discrimination for being Mexican from white people but never from another person of color before til tonight! I don’t care if you have had a long day or if you don’t like someone’s race, you NEVER mistreat customers coming into your job because it’s unprofessional and disrespectful; especially if said customer hasn’t done anything to you. We tend to come to this Waffle House every so often and make sure we come especially if we haven’t been there in awhile but we will no longer go to THIS waffle house again. I’ve worked in the food industry and retail for a long time and this is never okay to do!

It was great because Brandon and Brendon cooked our food to perfection! Best Waffle House food I have ever eaten! All Waffle Houses should hire great cooks and people with compassion that they showed us! I have ate at 100+ Waffle House's and Brandon and Brendon made the number 1 store for me. I would recommend to other cooks to follow their principles. Work ethics, cooking to perfection. If they cook the food they do not serve it unless they would eat it. That says alot! Most cooks throw out burnt food, small portions, not correctly cooked to order but not Brandon and Brendon ❤️. They are the best! Go eat there when they are cooking and serving 😋
