Was in there about 30 minutes ago and the young man who was working the front at the time was very very polite, gave great customer service and would definitely come back just for an overall good experience. I didn’t get his name but I believe he worked in the kitchen and was just up front helping but was a young man. McDonald’s didn’t have the pumpkin pie twice when I went to order it but the employees at Arby’s had it ready and it was delicious, I’m sure it tasted way better than the McDonald’s ones anyways.

This is why I would come back and recommend you try this Arby's if you find yourself off the 95 exit here wherever I am. I only popped in for the limited-time potato cakes this morning and got lucky, a fresh batch. Worth the short wait, especially considering how the customer service exceeded expectations.

My mom and I did the drive-thru. We order a small Vanilla shake and a large Chocolate shake. Along with some chicken nuggets, she asked for Ranch dressing for them. When we got our shakes they were the same size. Didn't get the dressing either. We won't be buying shakes there again. Had to make two orders just to get what we wanted, cause the girl said she couldn't hear my mom harding. When the boy brought the nuggets out to us, she told him about the shakes and told him we will not be buying anymore shakes there. The shakes cost was for a regular. Vanilla shake $4:39 and the large Chocolate shake was $5:09 for a total of 10.24. Not happy at all.

Mixture of Rude Service and Poor Food Quality over the past 2 months is responsible for this post. The store is brand new and was an excitement to see put here. The first month open, they did good. The last 10 times weve eaten there, they always have a problem. Our sandwiches were so bad last time, we sent a picture to corporate. We had coupons from them this time to replace the sandwiches that were so bad last time that we didnt eat them. I predict that this Arbys will be out of business within the next 3 years due to how bad their service and food it. Crazy prediction right? Just look at the new Popeyes in Moncks Corner, they already closed their doors indefinitely. Its hard to see my favorite fast food chain since highschool be such a negative experience that i can not eat there any longer.

The manager Ashley is just so pleasant. This is a fabulously run location. The manager asked how everything was. It was excellent. Really good food. And I’ve had some bad Arby’s. Ashley greeted us. Check on. And even said goodbye when we left. I’m truly truly impressed. I’ll be going there a lot.
I went to get a French dip with fries and a Dr pepper waited 10 minutes still did not get my order. What I got was a French dip sandwich for sliders no drink no fries no nothing and I was charged over $12 and something not happy

The store is less than a year old and was extremely clean. The people were VERY nice and courteous. They ensured we had everything we needed. The food, however, ranked as the worst Arby's food we have ever eaten, and I love Arby's. The Roast Beef & French Dip meat were extremely dry and salty. The Roast Beef sandwich had small & mid-sized chunks/balls of meat tossed into the shaved beef, resulting in the chunks/balls falling out everywhere. Never have I seen this before. The mozzarella sticks were salty. The curly fries over cooked and crinkle cut fries were undercooked. If the food could be improved, then this could be a 5 star operation with the nice staff we met.

Waited on food with no one there, didn’t give sauce so had to go in and no one came to register for five minutes. Ruben sandwich and roast beef sandwich had tiny portion of meat compared to other locations!
