Stopped while traveling, the Arby's sign helped navigating, simple right, left, and right turns placed me in the parking lot.

Smiling employee took my order and it appeared quickly. Very tasty sandwich and fries.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. There were at least 3 employees working and there were no other customers.

They didn’t even acknowledge I existed let alone take my order. What a joke of a business.

Just stopped here for lunch while on a road trip. We both ordered the Classic Roast Beef meal with French fries to go. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms!! Our service was great and the food came out quickly and was nice and hot! It was a good choice for us because we are pulling a 40 ft fifth wheel and traveling with 2 dogs. The parking lot was nice and big and we had no trouble getting in and out. And the dogs got some of the Roast beef and fries and they also liked it! Nice job Arby's in Manning, SC.

If I could give a negative star I would how hard is it to work at a fast food restaurant ik half of em didn’t graduate high school but jesus ordered a meal in the drive thru and for some reason ig out of stupidity they didn’t put my large fries in my order

Went in this afternoon 8/10/25. No one acknowledged us standing at the counter. All employees too busy playing around in the kitchen area. No other customers in the store. Must have hired the Burger King staff. Owner should shut it down and cut losses.

Traveling and stopped to go through the drive through. RUDEST young man in the drive thru. Makes for a very unpleasant visit.

They advertise that they open at 10am, we stopped and went through the drive through at 10:05 and they said that they wouldn’t be open for another 15minutes! They turned away 3 other cars as well that had been sitting and waiting for them to open. Would absolutely not recommend this location. Poor customer service

Easy off - easy on Rt. 95. We ordered thru the app and saved 20% off our combos. I tried the Quarter Pound BBQ Brisket Meal. The spicy BBQ sauce was a nice addition. The Brisket was flavorful. My wife got the Crispy Chicken Meal. Her chicken was juicy and tasty. She opted to get a Vanilla Shake upgrade. The shake was thick and had great flavor. Our meals were ready ahead of when promised. We rang the bell when we left.

I pulled up to drive thru shortly after 11am on 4/23/2025 ordered the Hawaiian fish combo, informed they were out ,then ordered the Classic Fish combo. Pulled to window she then asked for my drink order she then gave me a total for my order. I then handed her my card. As she handed me the drink she returned my card. A short time later she returned with my food. I pulled from the drive thru headed towards exit. Suddenly I hear/see someone racing towards my vehicle she approaches screaming I didn’t pay for my meal, I told her I gave her my card then she says it didn’t go through. I handed her my card from my window and proceeded to turn back to drive thru but decided to go inside to allow completion of payment. Once inside I hear front worker (male) and same drive thru worker (female) laughing and jokingly saying “she tried not to pay, but I got that card (as she’s waving my card and receipt around. “ I wasn’t upset if what she originally claimed were true
, but to be publicly accused this! I told her that I presented my card at time of purchase so apparently you didn’t swipe for payment so don’t accuse me of something I certainly didn’t and wouldn’t do. In conclusion I will never visit this location of Arby’s again! Then to add further injury the sandwich wasn’t prepared to previous standard I’ve received from a Sumter location

Was in there about 30 minutes ago and the young man who was working the front at the time was very very polite, gave great customer service and would definitely come back just for an overall good experience. I didn’t get his name but I believe he worked in the kitchen and was just up front helping but was a young man. McDonald’s didn’t have the pumpkin pie twice when I went to order it but the employees at Arby’s had it ready and it was delicious, I’m sure it tasted way better than the McDonald’s ones anyways.
