Food was same as any Bojangles . Service was slow considering it was not busy. Staff friendly enough. Overall atmosphere was fast food on side of highway with a twist of country.

This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I was stuck in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes with no explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Cars barely moved, employees clearly didn’t care, and customer service was nonexistent.
What made it even worse was the attitude. The staff was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. The way I was treated felt targeted and discriminatory, and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. No one should feel uncomfortable or looked down on just for ordering food.
The place was dirty, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Food quality was trash, service was trash, and the overall vibe was hostile and nasty. Management clearly does not train their employees on basic respect or customer service.
I will never return to this Bojangles in Manning and I will be telling others to avoid it. There are plenty of places that don’t treat customers like an inconvenience or a problem.

The food is crap and overpriced. Chicken was more breading than chicken and the bo sauce is lackluster. Only reason it isnt a one star is because the staff were nice. Typical southern politeness. I just wanna write this review for anyone who wants to try bojangles like me and to say dont bother. Just go chik fil a or something bro. I dont blame the staff i blame the company for having poor standards.

I would like to say THANK YOU TO MRS. SONIA, GM for the Manning, SC Bojangles establishment for caring enough to correct and bring clarity to my experience... One thing I know and learn, there are still good managers that take pride in whatever their name is attach to. Her expectations for her store, employees, and customers are set high. She has addressed my experience and assure me it will not happen again. She explained to me the protocol as how things should have happen and for that I AM VERY SATISFIED. Come off 95 went through drive through to get food Tell me to pull up a park in number 3 I told them no I didn't get through a drive through to park They rushed making my food it was cold cheese was not melted Now I remember why I do not go to McDonald's anymore that's my first time in 10 years never go back

Got my order to go in the drive thru. Was able to order quickly and food was made fresh so had just a little bit of a wait. Food tasted great!

Ordered the fish sandwich there for lunch. They are pushing it now. It was horrible. I have never had a dry and tough fish sandwich anywhere. It was not hot and had a slice of plastic cheese. It had no flavor. Bo! My favorite chicken. Leave the fish to McDonald's and Capt. D's. Awful! I really hope that I won't get sick.
