Arrived i n the ladies room- had to wait in a line - two very small stalls and a handicap stall being occupied by a petite employee- For Over Eight minutes!
Door locked- knocked at beginning of wait- no answer… 6 minutes later after no movement or sound in stall, Knocked really loudly.
Rude staff- then had to wait ten minutes after ordering- while watching the staff members play around. Red shirt employee from bathroom just standing around.
Glad I don’t live anywhere near here!! Poorest service ever!

I was driving south and purposely drove out of my way to come to this chikfila to get lunch. I checked the hrs before coming and was driving to get into the drive through lane. There was a car coming from the other direction who I waited to turn into the lane first and then went to follow when an attendant told me that they were closing at 3 and I would not be serviced. It was 2:50 when this convo occurred and I’m not sure why the car that sat and let pass in front of me was serviced.
Great, clean & fast location—but from someone who travels consistently for work, there is a complete lackluster of the promotional rewards. I’ve eaten this location nearly everyday, sometimes twice daily, and no reward. Most locations it’s every few visits the mgmt team sends them over. This location? Zero.

Came to this Chick Fil A on our way home from a roadtrip. Asked for a Cobb salad with no eggs please and was told they can't take anything off my salad or add anything. I've been to several Chick Fil A locations back home as well as in several other states ordering this same meal with NO issues at all. Always just serves it to me with no eggs like I requested. I was told today they make all the salads in the morning and they're not making any more. What??? What if I had an allergy?? I've never been denied getting what I ordered at a Chick Fil A and am used to them being extremely accommodating. This was definitely a shock and they weren't even nice about it. Had to order something else as I can't eat eggs. Will not be returning to this location.
